The staff were really kind and patient when I tried to speak in my poor Spanish and were always smiling and cheerful and ready to help.

Great location directly opposite the beach. Friendly staff on reception with good communication and accommodating. Thoroughly enjoyed the variety for breakfast and dinner each night, we had our room numbers typed on our phone to show the restaurant as we did not speak Spanish. Food was quite tasty. They had entertainment on the weekend in their bar. Rooms were spacious and we got a room near the end of the property with a balcony looking towards the beach. Very lovely area and about an 8 euro taxi from the train station in Gandia. Slightly more on the way back as a different charge if you pre-book.

Rooms really need an upgrade. Very tired and in need of modernising. Walls are incredibly thin, it is awful as you can hear everything so didn't sleep well at night. The man in the next room had coughing fits at all hours, we could hear him use the toilet, and his phone and TV were loud all night. Reception kindly offered to move us, but we decided not to in the end as we liked the view and my parents were in the next room so we could talk across the balconies. Bathroom includes bath with a shower curtain, and the shower head is at a fixed height, so if you don't want to wash your hair you need to use it as handheld which makes it hard to wash so bring a shower cap. The hotel is definitely catered to locals so dinner is 20:15 (which is normal in Europe, not so much for us!).

Dinner was OK but could have been a lot better only thing that was good was the rabbit so a bit disappointing. Shower set up over the bath was in need of a better fitting possibly recommendation to fit a riser rail so the shower head can be positioned correctly. TV remote stopped working after 3days.

The staff were all very friendly, hard working and efficient, we.loved it, as a couple, no children, there for a wedding anniversary. 3 star, no frills, but very comfortable, clean and great location, which is all we needed. Only one thing missing, a kettle in the room would've been nice, but not essential.

The food was really good for breakfast and dinner, but it would be nice to taste more local food because most of the food was international. You can see and even hear the sea from your room, the place is amazing! Our room was cleaned every day, as well as changed the towels.

The staff in reception and restaurant doesn't know English at all - even the numbers, so it was really stressful to communicate. After 2 days we started to bring to the restaurant and show the paper in which we wrote the number of our room. Funny experience :D

Almost everything!!!! Very clean, staff friendly and helpful, food is delicious and if you have taken the ‘half a board’ offer, you know sometimes the food is too much !!! It’s really very well organised hotel !!!!

I don’t smoke 🚭 and did not appreciated people smoking on the balconies, as the smoke gets into the rooms…. Very unpleasant….

Nice room, big enough, complimentary water, excellent terrace overlooking the beach. Breakfast is also good and overall experience is good value for money. Service is great, in particular at the front desk, e.g. Ms. Valentina is a high performance and motivated, as well as kind. The swimming pool area is also satisfactory, and has a jacuzzi on it.

Just as a not perfect point, I would say it is missing a nice bar to have a beer or a coffee, which should be placed in a different area than the breakfast, lunch and dinner restaurant.

The location of the hotel was great. For a 3* hotel the food was lovely and the staff were very friendly .. The room was clean and the view of the sea was great 👍 All in all we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return at some point 👍 Thank you

Parking was difficult and we stayed out of season 🤔 Unless you used the hotel parking at a price
