The pool was gorgeous, food was lovely usually, clean rooms, all toilets around the hotel were spotless. Staff would always try and help if possible. Bar and bar backs were delicious 😋 we hired the bikes and they were brilliant to use. We cycled down to and along the beach in Gandia

Rooms were outdated and tired looking. The resort was a bit disjointed, it was a quiet relaxed place but a wedding was booked in the conference area and fireworks went off and the bride and groom appeared whilst guest were sat around the pool. It also isn't geared towards English speakers. We had real trouble communicating with my limited Spanish (ola and gracias)

The buffet was very good. High quality food and great staff. Loved the pool and the surroundings especially at night. It is a very nice and welcoming place. Highly recomend.

The utensiles to eat in the buffet (PLATES ESPECIALLY) were usually badly washed and sometimes really dirty. The room was big and good but could have been more well maintained (painted etc).

A beautiful property, lovely central reception/relaxing area, nice clean rooms, refurbished bathrooms were very clean and modern. The central pool, terrace and restaurant were well presented and wonderful relaxing spaces. The hotel and services were well maintained. The buffet dinner was good €15pp with an okay selection. And finally the star was the breakfast which was fabulous. Great choice and quality. We did not try the therapy services.

We had a 5 day break, so the hotel was perfect for this stay. The rooms could do with a little TLC and are very minimalist a mini fridge would be good. The outdoor space is lovely, kept very clean and tidy staff friendly and helpful. .

Basically it was fine for a short stay. Little things like fridge in room, and maybe more choices on the buffet meals.

My family and I were impressed with almost all. Cleanliness, nice staff, helpful receptionists, pool maintenance, good atmosphere, comfort, and excellent food, brilliant restaurant and bar staff. Peaceful location too. Satisfactory beyond our expectations.Comfy beds.

The location is very nice, its a palm oasis , 15 min by walk to beach. Definitely much better than stay in center. Big garden with palm trees, big swimming pool. Calm and quiet place. Dog friendly. Nice breakfast. Building is in old style, so nice. Large parking place.

It’s a pity thats its not that clean as could be, especially balcony and bathroom. Bed is small and basic.

Lovely pool area with nice breakfast terrace adjacent to the pool. Very good breakfast buffet. The room was very big, more like a small apartment. Easy to find with plenty of parking.

Room was very bare with plain white walls and little in the way of decoration. Rather noisy, the people in the upstairs and adjacent rooms weren't doing anything wrong but you could hear them walking around and using the bathroom.

A nice hotel in a nice setting. Rooms were decent and big enough, we had a nice balcony where we could see the pool. The pool is very big and plenty of areas to sit. It was great they accepted our two dogs for 5 euros each a night. We tried the dinner and breakfast. Good choices, really enjoyed the breakfast more. A lot of variety to choose from. The entertainment at night was a fun night of karaoke.

Drinks were quite expensive

Staff great, good all round 80s style hotel full of charm, dinner was disappointing, fruit and salad good, mest & fish poorly cooked. Breakfast very good for 3 stars. Somewhere we could spend a couple of days happily. The staff were very efficient and friendly.

No kettle nor fridge in room

Lovely staff lovely complex exceptional buffet evening meal ( 30 euros per couple with a bottle of wine )the breakfast was a range of everything you need ..own balcony. These are like chalets perfect

The room need a little tlc in the bathroom the grout etc more ants than there should have been it did not spoil our stay
