First of all let me note that it is extremely easy to get to Gandia by train and a short bus ride from Valencia although Google does not reflect this. There are frequent trains from Valencia and the bus to the beach is just opposite the train station. Super easy and the locals are super helpful. Gandia is a nice alternative to the city although the City of Valencia is an amazing city by any standard. I had researched this hotel before leaving and the reviews were very good and I would agree very strongly with that. The hotel was easy to find, we had booked a sea view room and it was very large with an amazing view and balcony. It was perfectly positioned one block back from the beach and the shops. We like to walk and there were plenty of walks to keep you amused - some nice little Spanish towns. The beach literally goes on for miles and miles - absolutely glorious as this is more like the real Spain. The rooms were very clean and the reception staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The food however, is what sets this hotel apart from most others. The selection of food in the morning and at dinner was amazing. It was constantly being refreshed and super hot too which I love. We did not eat lunch there so I could not comment but it was truly some of the best food in any hotel we have stayed in. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will hopefully return some day for another trip. Just be prepared to go home a few pounds heavier.

Nothing, it's a very good hotel

This 3 Star Hotel is really borderline 4 star in several respects. The food and the staff most notably. The staff were all extremely helpful and informative and a bottle of complimentary water on arrival and departure was a lovely touch - not expensive but really thoughtful and practical.

Nothing we didn’t like - bigger pools and outside space would have been nice but I think with those the Hotel probably pushes itself into 4 Star and higher prices. As is usual in Spain - food is often not served hot but a handy microwave is available if you want to heat up your food.

I loved everything and every moment I've spent at the hotel . The food and all the services from beginning to the end was just fabulous 👌 Excellent experience . Many thanks to all the team members of the hotel for looking after us with such love and very professional support 👏 Looking forward to go back next year and stay longer .

There is nothing I say that I didn't like . Wished I've stayed longer.

Location of the hotel is a few meters from the beach front which stretches for kilometers. Room was comfortable and had an amazing sea view from the 7th floor. Multiple bus stations, restaurants and shops close by. I booked HB and both the breakfast and dinner buffet were good especially for the price paid; value for money. Front desk employees were a pleasure to deal with. If back in Gandia will definitely consider booking this property again.

I don't like shower curtains and I think they should not be used anymore anywhere.

Close to the beach, my seaview room was so nice where we could see the beach and the lovely sunrise too. Lucy and Jesus were so good in looking after my dietary needs GF. Receptionist Saiga, Blanca were very accommodating, all receptionists. There's a bus L2 from Gandia Renfe which we learned lately, cheaper way of transportation. The food was good 😊

There was no entertainment at night which I was expecting at most Coastal hotels in Spain. There might be a good reason, I don't know.

Staff was incredibly friendly and attentive - the buffet was hectic because of the volume of people but they were amazingly efficient, running around clearing tables, bringing out fresh food, and making sure that things went smoothly. They were extremely hard working and very friendly at the same time. The hotel was perfect - a very simple room, but right next to the beach, plenty of parking, good food.. Highly recommended!

The coffee machine for the breakfast made a sort of nescafe instant coffee thing - I like a good, strong, fresh-brewed coffee. This may be difficult for the number of people, but it's the only thing I could criticize

The view from the room was wonderful. The staff were excellent. The location perfect. Good choice at breakfast. Hotel was spotlessly clean. The other guests were all Spanish but very friendly. The staff on reception all spoke excellent English.

Disappointing that the only disabled toilet was on the 1st floor in the restaurant. The shower floor was very slippery & no rails to hang onto. The swimming pool in the photo looked much larger, shame it was in the shade. The only outside space to sit in was on the roof but far too windy to sit up there.

The staff were polite and very helpful. The room was exceptional. The food was good. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and the staff gave us a bottle of Cava and some chocolate hearts. This was a lovely touch and much appreciated. Thankyou.

The evening entertainment was a bit limited.

The staff really made you feel at home; they were so polite snd helpful in every aspect. The amenities were great and location wise couldn’t get better. Highly recommend!
