The hotel left a generally very positive impression. The rooms were cleaned daily, towels were changed every day, and the bed linen was changed every 4 days. The biggest drawback is the lack of a washing machine. The balcony is huge, with a great view, a table, and a sofa — perfect for enjoying the evenings and relaxing. The room has a TV with internet, so you can watch something if you want. Unfortunately, the reception staff don’t always speak even basic English, which made communication a bit uncomfortable. A translator sometimes helps, but you don’t always want to rely on it for every small issue. The kitchen has a minimal set of utensils, and there’s no oven, so it’s impossible to cook something like pizza. Dust isn’t cleaned everywhere — in the far upper corners there were a few centimeters of dust. Overall, despite minor drawbacks, this is an excellent hotel for a comfortable stay.

Very clean hotel, and great location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again. All you need for self catering stay. Recommend this if you’re visiting Olivia. We used public transport from Valencia airport which was straight forward and very reasonable.

We found the room very warm at night as the air conditioning isn’t on in Spain until later in the season.

Good location 5 minutes walk to the beach and bars/restaurants. Everything extremely clean and staff very friendly. Extremely quiet during our stay, often felt like we were the only guests, not that we were complaining! Maybe could do with a bar/restaurant which was closed in April.

All of the staff were brilliant!!! Everyone we spoke to was so friendly & helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The fire alarm went off at 11pm on our second night & I’d left our room key in our room. It was easily sorted with or issues at all.

The room just needs a little make over. A lick of paint and some fresh flooring and it will look fab again. It’s been built a few years now, so not surprising. A little TLC would help

Was quiet thanks to the really pre-season the beds was comfy.

We just spent a night in there,the check-in time i think it's late,5pm...but the late check-out is good.✅️ If we want to use the kitchen we needed to pay 👎The television was old.The wall was scratched,bit dirty at some part.

We loved our appartment, it was in a great location near the beach. A really good breakfast was delivered in a timely manner. The staff were extremely helpful. And offered to order a taxi for our early departure on the day we left. I left an item of clothing behind, l have had a lovely message confirming they have my much loved shirt.

The room could do with a bit of improvement as in places the plastic and/or wood and/or tiling was worn. This spoilt an otherwise good spacious room.

The gps did not take us there at first. Not much open this time of year, but a lovely sea side tour for a stop over.
