I liked the location and the fact that staff was extremely nice and helpful. Hotel had different events every night so people could join in. I didn't have time to do it but I could see that there were lots of people doing that.

I thought that the walls were very thin and I could hear people using bathroom in room next door so I assume they could hear me as well. Luckily during my stay people next door were very quiet and calm so my room was quiet but I would have issues in other case. But that's the case in lots of other hotels so not something to really complain about.

The roof terrace was stunning, I really felt they undersold this in the photos! The staff were really friendly. There was a language barrier but we still communicated fine, and they were always smiling. Check in and out took seconds - very organised! We also liked the array of restaurants/supermarkets near the hotel and it is about a 15/20 walk to the beach. Happy days! We came in from Valencia airport and the travel was quite easy, with a bus stop about 5 mins away from the hotel.

If I had to be picky, I would say the shower in our room was a little dodgy. Great water pressure - but it flopped around a bit so we had to hold it over our heads. Again, being picky- the only thing we felt would have made the room go from an 8 to a 10 would be a fridge and maybe a kettle etc.

The hotel staff were very friendly and approachable. Theyy would go out of their way to help and assist with any queries I had. The WIFI was easy to access also. For me the location was very good and beside the train station and bus stops for easy access to public transport.

Well located for exploring the port and old town area of Gandia. Clean and tidy throughout. Friendly helpful staff. Lovely roof terrace with a plunge pool and 2 hot tubs for unwinding in.

Only had a one night stop here, whilst from South of Spain to the UK ... Great Value a for money - a good all rounder Darren🇬🇧⚓️

New and modern air conditioner, clean bathroom, comfortable beds.

Location is not that close to anything. But if you want to get closer to the beach or to the city, book another hotel, don't cry about the location that is chosen by you... :)
