The hotel is beautiful and feels luxurious. The breakfast had everything you could want and it was until 11 which is great. The pool has an amazing view of the mountains and the sunset. Everything was clean and well taken care of. There was always parking available too.

The room wasn’t really convenient to use, little things mostly. For example there was no place to put the suitcase apart from the floor, the hairdryer (mounted to the wall) was very heavy and always needed the button to be pressed which is uncomfortable. There was no toilet bowl cleaner, or ventilation in the bathroom. It was also hard to keep the water within the shower, so the floor was always wet. Lastly, the view of the parking lot was less than ideal.

My room smelt as if someone had vomited in it but It hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly. We tried to get served a drink twice during our stay in the bar. The bar attendant seemed to be trying to serve the dining room and run the bar at the same time. The lady from reception then came to serve drinks in the bar but that left the reception unattended. The staff were trying to do too many things at once. Needs a bar staff member on in the evening at least, if not all day.

Ignore the rather strange location, this is an extremely good quality hotel for a very reasonable price. Clearly brand new, everything was spotless and in great condition. Very comfortable room and bed. Lovely breakfast. Very nice staff throughout. We arrived a bit early and our room wasn't ready but the receptionist pushed on this and within 30 minutes this was sorted.

Highly recommend this hotel. I have stayed in much more expensive hotels and to be honest, I think this hotel is much better and it is significantly under priced. The staff was awesome and helpful. If I pass by there again, I would stay there again.

There was nothing I dislike. I got much more than I bargained for and it was very cheap. I really felt bad about how much I got for the money. Thank you very much for us ASA Hotel

The location is in the middle of the Ondara shopping complex, which is a good thing if your going to the shops! Children might not like it so much. When we had to extend our stay the staff were extremely good to us and did not overcharge us.

The evening meals repeat every 2-3 nights and the staff were short handed when we stayed. They did their best.

The location was perfect. It was Clean and good decorations and amazing smell. The hairdryer was the best i ever had in an hotel!

The Fact that there was no fridge in the Room and also not having cushions on the sunbeds, that made them quite uncomfortable :(

It is very new and modern. We had the apartment and it was spacious and felt like a home a way from home.

No fan in bathroom. The walk-in shower always leaked onto the bathroom floor.

The location is super convenient, although suitable for business travelers not holiday makers. The hotel had recently opened, the rooms (we had the family suite) are a great size, super clean and the common areas are really nice and calming. Breakfast was also superb.

Friendly check-in and iverall very friendly staff. The room was spottless and very tidy. Breakfast was really good and tasty.

While the room was nice, it was on the small side. The Hotel is next to a highway and on a industrial area, therefor going out for a walk was not an option. We dis know that in advance so no problem for us.
