Always a fun atmosphere We really enjoyed the food- for a budget hotel what do you expect? Not stingy with the drinks Air con was good in main room of apartment Members off staff were nice Despite the constructive criticism I have, both times I have been I have loved it. If it’s a party hotel with lots of different people enjoying themselves then that’s what you’ll get :)

They always put the pool party inside, I’m not sure why they do this as last year they were outside and obviously most people want to be in the sun. VIP beds are always empty so why not let hotel guests use them? I understand they want to offer a VIP experience (I’m not sure it would be worth paying the money when you can pay for all inclusive drinks daily anyway- all you’d be getting is the bed) but why make people sit on the floor when there are 10 large spare beds always available. Payment was a bit messy- I got sent multiple links that were incorrect. When I tried to contact them in regard to this I wouldn’t get reassurance or response. 1 woman who worked behind the bar was rude to me every day for one reason or another. Rolling her eyes/making a snide remark/huffing and puffing

Great for groups especially hen and staff dos. The rooms were lovely. We had two and both weee different. One had a vanity mirror and the other had a balcony. Tbh we didn’t really use the balcony so should have gone for the one with the vanity mirror. Staff were lovely and friendly. Breakfast was great and there is food available all day between some times it only says snacks but it is basically a full meal and there is also ice cream all day too.

They needed to turn the music up on the pool party. There are no sun beds just chairs (which was okay for me but some complained)

Clean. Good facilities in the room. Spacious room. Cleaners were polite and friendly.

There were quite a few people in our group (including me) who had issues with the payments. We paid, but the hotel said we hadn’t. They had trouble locating our payments. Took a long time to check-in because there was only one member of staff checking people in. Even though there were other members of staff behind the desk.

Raffa and the rest of the team were great! Had a great stag weekend. Pool and the vibes were on point and the food was pleasant between all the beers! Got a discount at one of the bars on the beach which really made our night considering how much we had! Only a ten minute walk to the strip or the beach and 20 minutes to the water park! Couldn't have asked for a better stag weekend. Big thanks to the staff for being so friendly!!

When we went to the salad bar there was lots of flies all over the salad. I know this can't be helped. But I think maybe it should be covered up, it put me off eating in the hotel. The only thing that was annoying was that there was no sun at all by the pool, so we couldn't sunbathe and chill by the pool at all 🥺 again this can't be helped xxx

- Good mix of groups of lads + girls - Rooms were spacious + tidied daily - Huge balcony - All-inclusive foods was great from the restaurant, different each day - Pool facilities were good - Location was easy to access the beach and main strip

- Lifts (only 2) were small and only carried 3/4 people at a time - Music around the pool was the same, could've been mixed up more - All-inclusive drinks stopped at 7pm- way too early!!

Staff were super friendly, couldn't do enough for us whilst we were there. The visit was for my friends hen do and the arrival cocktails were a lovely addition! Thank you BC Music Resort for making her weekend such a memorable time.

Staff were very good helpful and polite Location to the beach and pubs bars good Rafa the entertainment guy was very good and helped us with everything we needed even helping booking taxis and buses to the airport

The hotel was great for our stag party or 8 people split in to two rooms of 4. There is a great atmosphere at the hotel. The food was great with plenty of options.

The staff were a bit short at the bars. The rooftop bar was closed until after 5pm, with the pool area mostly in the shade, it would have been a great alternative option to hand about. If you are sober the hotel can be very loud in the evenings but it is what it is.
