Great location for the beach and going to the strip , the pool is spacious & has plenty of sun loungers- it also had good music playing in the pool area. Food is pretty good . Rooftop bar is very nice .

Arrived in the room to find ants crawling over the table , housekeeping came in and put spray down and cleaned it but it was a surprise on the 15th floor . One of our party is gluten free and didn’t get much help and there is not really any choices for gluten intolerance. The hotel has lot of stairs to go anywhere so you need to use the lifts a lot of the time , but all the 4 lifts don’t work all of the time and you need to use a keypad to choose your floor , but sometimes it is tells 12 people to go into the same lift . If you have to hire sunbed towels(2 euro each) from the hotel ,you also have to pay to get fresh ones everyday (2 euros each) which I have never had to do at any 4 star hotel.

Room 809 3 night's couple half board Could not fault this hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful from the minute we arrived. Arrived early, room not ready asked to return 20 min. Miguel on reception got us into our room by 12.00. Entered room and it was wonderful, with a sea view and overlooking Benidorm. Went to bar for refreshment, and couldn't believe how reasonable price of drinks. Evening meal. Dinning room clean and fresh and the choice of food excellent, something for every taste and plenty of it. Breakfast as good as the dinner. Roof top bar a great experience and enjoyed the music . Very pleasant staff. We have stayed in 5* hotels not as good as this one. Note to the manager. All your staff are a credit and a assert to your company. THANK YOU .We will be back very soon

The only thing I have to complain about is I have nothing to complain about ( perfect )

Nice and clean, good breakfast selection, close to beach, lovely terrace bar.

Wrong end of the strip a good 30 min from old town. Building work happening, terrace bar only open at weekend, spa they charge and very limited times and sauna, steam and pool all cold.

Beautiful hotel but it is in the middle of a building site construction on going all day piling machinery hammering and banging all day long very noisy and not made aware of this

Great location. We paid extra for the sea view and we’re located on the 15th floor and loved the view on the balcony. There is so much to look at. It was also helpful to have a clothing line attached to the wall, so we could dry off swim wear. Staff were very friendly and helpful Breakfast buffet was really good. Supermarket and Ale Hop shop are less than two minutes walk. Taxi to and fro airport was between 60 and 70 euros each way.

I no im getting old when I struggle with this new phenomenon, of glass bathroom doors and bathroom doors that have massive gaps around them. I don’t know anyone who likes this. There was a glass frosted window between bathroom and bedroom, which means if someone goes to the toilet in the night, the light will light up the bedroom. I just don’t get it. Bring back doors that close please 😉.

Great location for beach and entertainment and overall despite comments below we had a good stay. Roof top bar and sunbathing area was a positive and a good sun trap. Lifts took a while to get used to but overall proved to be efficient

Originally booked a room which had no balcony as didn’t realise on line that there would be no balcony. Was right next to the building work too so was woken early when they were working. Will add we did move and paid additional for this. Also on line if we had added dinner with breakfast every day it was £17 for 2 of us. As we like eating out too we were going to pay for evenings to stay in but this became £20 per Person so didn’t bother. We also didn’t stay for the evening entertainment as not enough seating for the size of hotel in the lounge area which was disappointing. Currently the extension building work right next to outdoor pool so we used the roof top to avoid the disturbance

I booked this hotel after months of searching and finally found a beautiful room I was excited about. However, when I arrived, I was given a completely different room – not the one I had booked. I was understandably upset and raised the issue with the hotel manager. At first, I was told I’d need to pay extra to get the room I originally reserved, which was disappointing. But to their credit, the hotel eventually moved me to the correct room and refunded me the extra cost. While the initial experience wasn’t great, I appreciate that they made things right in the end. Just a heads-up to future guests: double-check your room upon arrival, but also know that the staff can be helpful if you speak up

Excellent service, very kind staff, always with an smile. The chekin process was easy and the staff where very professional and helpulf, i was able to park the Casino Parking (using the hotel card). We ask to extend our stay and even with a full hotel the staff was able to acommodate us and provide us the option to keep the same room paying for the extra days. We use the All inclusive program and the whole stay was much better, the pool snack bar has always options to eat and drink. The animation team did an awesome job with a lot of activities for childrens and adults. We would like to specially thank to "Kiko" on the Recepction for his excellent service and also to the Snack Bar Chef that make our stay better.

The system installed on the elevators sometimes get blocked because of the hight demand, the main issue is thast when you ask for the floor the computer does not know how many guest are going to use the elevator resulting on stops with the maximum capacity. If you are in a lower floor is easy to use stairs but for guest at higher floors is hard. On the rouch hours like breakfast or lunch time, sometimes you can't access elevators. This can be improved.

Hotel was in a great location and spotlessly clean. Great room with a fantastic view of Levante Beach on floor 16. Shower was excellent but not very private with glass walls to bathroom. Personally it didn't bother me but would not have wanted to share with children with little privacy. Bed very comfortable and entertainment good.

Had no shower gel and repeatedly asked for a replacement but it took 3 days before it was finally replaced. Took bottle off but still went unnoticed. Food was OK plenty of choice my only issue was it was never hot Tried as soon as opened but still like warm. I ended up making my choice and microwaving to heat up. Salads had a fantastic selection. No body lotion in bathroom always have it in a 4 star hotel previously.

Spa, it was 2 saunas and 1 swimmingpool. 1 hour was 10€. For a "spa hotell" it wasnt enough.
