Room 809 3 night's couple half board Could not fault this hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful from the minute we arrived. Arrived early, room not ready asked to return 20 min. Miguel on reception got us into our room by 12.00. Entered room and it was wonderful, with a sea view and overlooking Benidorm. Went to bar for refreshment, and couldn't believe how reasonable price of drinks. Evening meal. Dinning room clean and fresh and the choice of food excellent, something for every taste and plenty of it. Breakfast as good as the dinner. Roof top bar a great experience and enjoyed the music . Very pleasant staff. We have stayed in 5* hotels not as good as this one. Note to the manager. All your staff are a credit and a assert to your company. THANK YOU .We will be back very soon

The only thing I have to complain about is I have nothing to complain about ( perfect )

Nice and clean, good breakfast selection, close to beach, lovely terrace bar.

Wrong end of the strip a good 30 min from old town. Building work happening, terrace bar only open at weekend, spa they charge and very limited times and sauna, steam and pool all cold.

Beautiful hotel but it is in the middle of a building site construction on going all day piling machinery hammering and banging all day long very noisy and not made aware of this

Great location for beach and entertainment and overall despite comments below we had a good stay. Roof top bar and sunbathing area was a positive and a good sun trap. Lifts took a while to get used to but overall proved to be efficient

Originally booked a room which had no balcony as didn’t realise on line that there would be no balcony. Was right next to the building work too so was woken early when they were working. Will add we did move and paid additional for this. Also on line if we had added dinner with breakfast every day it was £17 for 2 of us. As we like eating out too we were going to pay for evenings to stay in but this became £20 per Person so didn’t bother. We also didn’t stay for the evening entertainment as not enough seating for the size of hotel in the lounge area which was disappointing. Currently the extension building work right next to outdoor pool so we used the roof top to avoid the disturbance

Hotel was in a great location and spotlessly clean. Great room with a fantastic view of Levante Beach on floor 16. Shower was excellent but not very private with glass walls to bathroom. Personally it didn't bother me but would not have wanted to share with children with little privacy. Bed very comfortable and entertainment good.

Had no shower gel and repeatedly asked for a replacement but it took 3 days before it was finally replaced. Took bottle off but still went unnoticed. Food was OK plenty of choice my only issue was it was never hot Tried as soon as opened but still like warm. I ended up making my choice and microwaving to heat up. Salads had a fantastic selection. No body lotion in bathroom always have it in a 4 star hotel previously.

Spa, it was 2 saunas and 1 swimmingpool. 1 hour was 10€. For a "spa hotell" it wasnt enough.

Everything just marvelous! We planned to stay 1 night, but we enjoyed so much everything from the beginning that decided to extend our stay for one night more. And it became just better than first day! The rooms are very clean, visited gym and spa area, everything new and perfectly functioning, AND most important is the food - better than in many restaurants of this city. I am picky eater - I can confirm I enjoyed ALL INCLUSIVE package - my 1000% recommendations to try at least 1-2 days to have all inclusive. Food is fresh, between variety of fish, meat, vegetables all kind for every taste. Staff is very very friendly and patience.. cleaning service is very quick.

I gained 2kg because of too good food, and didn’t want to leave.

Regarding the Spa, it was not specified that it must be paid separately and only 1 hour can be used even if you have all inclusive. You would really do a favor to appreciate these people and tell them about this compliment.

Very clean and fresh, amazing views from the room, balcony, and the rooftop terrace bar. We found the lifts very efficient - a little longer at breakfast times but to be expected.

There were building works going on which were two doors away from our room and there was intermittent banging and hammering starting from 9am - with the balcony door closed the hammering wasn’t too intrusive but the drilling was. The shower wasn’t too good at containing the water and had to use towels every day to mop up where water had run out over the shower lip onto the bathroom floor - it was a very good shower. The openness of the bathroom was strange and not having a fully shutting bathroom door may not suit everyone. It was a shame the hotel had no outdoor pool due to the building works.

Really nice room, spotlessly clean, pleasant and professional staff, great dinner and good breakfast (but missing natural yogurt). I really liked the bathroom. Bed and pillows were super comfy. Prices for drinks in the bar and restaurant were very reasonable. We were lucky and found it easy to park on the street nearby, in January. There was a small fridge, and a kettle. But only tea, no coffee. We didn't try the spa (10€), but we will next time!

A pity the rooftop bar was closed after dinner, so our only option for a drink was downstairs with the "entertainment". Really not sure why hotels think this is necessary - it's great if you can get quality, but if you can't, I think most people would just prefer some good recorded music! Also, how about looking into water dispensers in the corridors, and refillable bottles, as we've seen in some other hotels?
