Great location just a two minute walk to the beach with nearby bars and supermarkets just outside. We stayed for 4 nights after extending our holiday so chosen on location and value for money. Air con was excellent, basic studio but had a pool view and it was clean. Towels and sheets were changed on day two. Staff were very friendly. Didn’t stay around the pool but seemed like a good atmosphere, quite busy.

Only one lift was working, very small and slow. The bathroom door handle, card holder and balcony doors need attention. Message that sunbeds cannot be reserved but many were and left unattended so couldn’t really get around the pool as none free

The hotel itself was fine, nothing extraordinary, but comfortable enough for our stay. What really stood out was the staff. Every single person we met was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The animation team (Mar & Lili) especially made a big difference, keeping the atmosphere lively and fun. Without them, the stay would have felt much less enjoyable. Their energy and kindness really elevated the overall experience.

One of the elevators was broken for the entire stay, which was very frustrating. The only working elevator was far too small for the number of guests, and that’s just not acceptable. That said, the friendliness of the staff helped ease the frustration and kept our spirits up. Without their warm attitude, this issue would have overshadowed the whole trip.

I have stayed here too many times to remember! Close to everything (food, beach, and party life if you want that) supermarket down the road. If you get the right room you can even get a sea view, big balcony, and the apartment very spacious. It’s basic so no hairdryer or iron etc, but then the price is good, so no complaints at all. It’s just what you need if you’re staying for a few days for the fiesta like we do.

The location was fantastic! The size of the room for three of us was absolutely perfect! It was very comfortable and the view from our balcony was lovely. Having 2 separate bedrooms really helped, there was free WiFi which was accessible everywhere, it was fabulous!

The pool was really too cold, but it is February so that could have been why. But honestly it was unbearable! It would of been nice to know more when we arrived, we didn't know there was an indoor pool which was much warmer, we didn't know that there was no food available at the hotel, we wasn't made aware that there was a games room, so in short I think the staff need to be more clear in their communication, however, some of the staff were lovely.

Check in was very easy, friendly staff, we requested a 2 pm check in, and we were able to check in at 2 (normally 3pm). Apartment on opening the door you could smell it was clean and on entering found it to be very clean and tidy. Bedrooms were adequate size with bedding and nice size towels. Kitchenette had everything you need, kettle, microwave, fridge with small freezer, oven, hob, crockery and utensils. Balcony good size with table and 4 chairs, nice view to pool. An airer was delivered which was great for hanging wet pool towels and swimming gear. Swimming pool maintained and surrounding area hosed every morning and staff regularly tidying up after guests not binning their empty food/drinks containers. On the whole a fab stay in budget friendly accommodation. Would we stay again? Definitely 100% we would.

Only complaint, 2 lifts, both very small and slow. But that's just being picky!

Apartment very clean and well equipped. Large balcony and very effective air con. Quiet for sleeping and close to the beach, bars and restaurants. Apartment staff run adult activities during the day around the pool which were enjoyed by our group. All staff very friendly and helpful

Booking.com states no large male parties allowed, however this is clearly not the case. It didnt bother me, however if I had young kids, it would have been off putting finding them around the pool area. Pool area could be crowded some days.

This place basically saved our short break. After booking a sub-standard Air bnb, we decided to move here. Best decision!!! The staff are lovely and friendly, reception and lovely pool area are well kept. Great value for money for the two bedroom apartment we stayed in. There are plenty of places for breakfast on the doorstep, beach is a short walk away. Would definitely stay here again.

There is building work next door at the Port Benidorm hotel at the moment, but don't let it put you off booking here. You still get a good night's sleep. It never bothered us once.

Our second stay here. Fantatic staff. Excellent location within easy walking distance of everything. Spacious rooms. Great bar, good downstairs game area, nice indoor pool, and great outdoor pool (dipped feet in as Februarys a bit cold). Will definitely be back.

Just some small issues on this break. There was a very strong smell of sewage in the double bedroom that was predominantly worse first thing on a morning, had to keep windows open, and there was only one frying pan, nothing else, very limited utensils. Didn't spoil our break. However, for others, it could be a problem.

As I have stayed here several times I Knew to bring a hairdryer with me as none supplied in rooms The shower tray can easily overflow but easily rectified with extra towel on floor

Excellent location, very close to beach Beds comfortable and big rooms The kitchen has facilities which were helpful Didn't use any other facilities in the hotel. The indoor pool was a great hit with kids in the winter, but the floors etc could be cleaned.

No hair dryer, and reception also didn't have any (stated on website they do, so I did not take one. The indoor pool could do with a big clean and spruce up, Also the sofa bed mattress had no blankets or sheets on, and was very grubby when we opened it up. Luckily we didn't need it, just wanted to use it for a movie night (but it was too grubby)
