My apartment at Las Carabelas was a renovated one, clean, with sea view and the location was perfect. Just 2 min away from the beach. The block had 2 lifts, worked well. Staff kept all the area outside and the building itself very clean. Check in and check out time was convenient. Free WiFi. The house didn’t have spare decorations but only the necessary things.

It didn’t have some simple stuff which other holiday apartments I’ve been has have like dishes sponge(maybe because they had a dishwasher), bin bags, they had only a few clothes pegs and hangers. Anyway, not a big deal.

It felt homely, like being at home, in a great location near the beach with a sea view. Everything you need for a self catering holiday 👍

Would have liked a balcony that you could sit on, but not a big issue at all. Also a pool wouldn’t go a miss, would have been nice if we could have paid a small fee to use next doors pool. I know the sea is about 200m away, but everything gets covered in sand.

Fantastic location, very clean and comfortable, excellent staff at reception, very helpful lady who explained everything to me. On site parking, very safe and secure. I will be staying there again in the future.

I took 200 euros in cash because on the Booking.com site it stated I would have to leave a cash deposit? I was not asked for this on arrival, which is fine, but I then had 200 in cash in my wallet which I would not normal carry. Maybe this needs updating or the deposit could be paid by card?

Beware . If you put deposit down and cant get reseptionin actual las carabelas they send you across the road and the hotel receptionist and he refused to refund our €20 for the key fob so ended up taking it home for absolutely no gain also a charge for wifi so make sure you ask .

Fantastic location, right on beach front and close to strip. Free parking, just leaving deposit for gate pass. Kitchen had everything needed, including washing machine. Aircon/heater working. Great view from top floor apartment. Easy out of hours key pick up/drop off. Basic but still excellent vfm compared to others….

Beds could use an upgrade, quiet hard mattresses. V small hot water tank, not great for more than 2 people showering/washing etc

Every thing was close at hand, a fabulous location with great views. It had everything that we needed. Very secure and close to everything, beach, bars restaurants etc. this apartment was very reasonable priced. It even had a washing machine. It was very quiet all the time.

We never saw the hoists at all. There was a massive poo left in the toilet, so this had not been cleaned.

We loved how its so close to the beach. It is basic but all you need is a bed really We definitely will stay here when we next come to Benidorm The view from the balcony is gorgeous. You dont need to pay hundreds of pounds extra to stay in a different place which is miles away from the beach. This place is amazing

everything was great however the sofa bed was slightly uncomfortable but that can easily be solved!

Great sea view. Clean apartment. Friendly receptionist. Decent bathroom. Spacious apartment as it was only myself staying. Location was about 50 m from the beach, but a good 10 minute walk to the road with the entertainment (Morgan’s Tavern and the Palladium). Price was good value though.

Kitchen room was so tiny, but had all that was needed for a self catering stay. But I only used the kettle as I ate out all the time. Apartment door lock got stuck and I was locked in, but help soon arrived. On arrival it was unclear where I had to go and only when phoning, was I told.

Location was fantastic, apartment was a little dated but spotless clean. We got a late flight and we picked the keys up at a hotel across the road so easy. There's a receptionist in apartments till 1pm and is so friendly and obliging. Would highly recommend these apartments

My bag got taken the first night, sister hotel which is directly across the road, sorted it out early hrs of the morning. They got the locks changed and replaced the keys. Was only a £30 euro charge, very helpful and when meeting the receptionist at the apartments themselves, she was great and understanding. The location is fantastic and very local to everything. Would definitely stay here again. For a small kitchen, they had a big fridge freezer and plenty for room for bulking up on water and other drinks. The shower is massive with a proper glass door and is spotless. Would definitely stay here again.
