From the moment we arrived you could tell that this hotel was very good. The reception staff were excellent on arrival and throughout our stay. All the staff from reception to the chamber mades were excellent. A big shout out to Joshua, Sandra, and Leidy for their very professionalism with the restaurant and all the restaurant staff,nothing was too much trouble. There was one particular girl in the bar area who, unfortunately I didn't get her name but she was also excellent.

There is nothing to dislike apart from having to leave. Maybe a good idea would be a nice comfy chair in the bedroom.

This is a great hotel near the beach. It’s in a town with many shops and restaurants. The kids’ pool is on the 5th floor, and our son spent most of his time there. He was very happy. The bartenders on the 5th floor were always friendly and smiling. The reception staff were kind and always helped us when we needed something. Breakfast was very tasty, and dinner was really great. At the grill bar, there were different kinds of meat every day, and the food was not the same every day, which we liked. The restaurant staff were always welcoming. We asked to have our room cleaned before our child’s nap, and the cleaning lady was happy to do that. The hotel is new, so everything inside looks nice. The air conditioner in the room worked very well. Before the trip, I read that some people leave towels on sunbeds and go to the beach, so others can’t use them. But the staff took care of this – if no one came back in 30 minutes, they removed the towels. Even though it happened to us too, I think this is a good rule. This was our best holiday ever.

The only thing that didn’t really fit the overall great experience was the water – a bottle cost €1.90. But if you ask for a glass of regular water, they will bring it for free.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and I can honestly say it exceeded all of our expectations. The breakfasts and dinners were exceptional – an incredible variety of delicious food, with special attention given to food allergies and dietary needs. Every single member of the staff was kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made us feel so comfortable throughout our stay. The massage experience was also outstanding. Nika, the masseuse, was truly professional – she knew exactly how to work on the painful spots and was incredibly attentive and caring. The entire hotel was spotless, quiet, and filled with positive energy. Everywhere we went, we were greeted with smiles. The location could not be better: the moment we stepped outside, we were right on the stunning sandy beach. We also tried the rooftop pool, which was fantastic, and the breathtaking sea views from up there made it even more special. We have stayed at many hotels before, but this one truly stands out as the best experience we’ve ever had. Everything was perfect, and I honestly cannot think of a single negative point to mention. Highly recommended!

This is an amazing hotel, made to feel welcome as soon as we walked up to the reception desk. Room spotless and cleaned every day. Bed super comfy. Food choices at the buffet are plentiful for breakfast and dinner, and there are always specials which you can get cooked to order. Popular dishes run out fast but they are re-stocked within minutes. Couldn't fault it. The staff at this hotel are so helpful and friendly, we felt like we were visiting old friends again. We will certainly stay again.

Nothing really. Please note that you do have to queue at breakfast and dinner to access the dining room, but bearing in mind the number of people staying you shouldn't have to wait more than 10 minutes. The staff work incredibly hard maintaining the standards in the restaurant for your enjoyment so be patient and kind to them.

we stayed in a junior suite and it was very specious. The location of the hotel was great. Close enough walk to the old town as well as being a nice walk away from the hustle and bustle of main Benidorm. the breakfast was great. a huge selection of food. It is also close to some great restaurants next door (Urban Gastrobar and a cocktail bar), which are reasonably priced and serve great food.

there was nothing that I didn’t like. The only thing I would mention that the pool on level 5 gets very busy very quickly. and the areas on level 7 and 8 don’t have bars or toilets close by should you need to use any facilities, but it did not hinder our stay.

Beautiful location on the Poniente beach. Just cross the street and you are on the beach or in the Parc d'Elx. A very spacious (30 m²), neat and comfortable room. Also nicely decorated. Spacious and good bathroom with large walk-in shower. The room had a terrace at the back of the building. Unfortunately, not a nice view. As for the room itself, it was one of the most beautiful rooms I ever stayed in while travelling in Spain. Inside the room it was very quiet. During one morning a lady in high heels was pacing around in the room above me. For the rest I did not hear a sound. The staff is very correct, friendly and helpful. When I read some comments about the small dining room and then saw it later in reality, I was very surprised. That room is not small at all. But Hotel10 Porto Poniente is a very large hotel where a lot of people stay. Therefore a piece of advice: Try to have breakfast as early possible in the morning. Most people also go for the dinner buffet as soon as the restaurant opens. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets are really great! No need to look for a restaurant elsewhere in the evening.

As mentioned, the hotel is very large. There are rooms with a sea view. However, many more rooms are located on the side or at the back of the building. Personally, I think that the terrace of those other rooms is of little use (certainly not for travellers who like to go to the beach or like to be outside in Benidorm). When booking, I still had the choice between a room with or without a terrace. Of course with a price difference. However, my experience was that I did not use the terrace at the back. Everyone has their own choice of course.

A Heavenly Stay at H10 – Beyond Expectations! We travel a lot, but H10 has been, without a doubt, the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, the service was out of this world—truly on another level. The staff are simply amazing, making us feel welcome and taken care of at every turn. The selection of food and drinks was superb, offering something for every taste, and we thoroughly enjoyed every meal. Our room was fantastic—spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. And the location? A perfect 10/10! A special mention goes to the therapist at the spa—an absolute angel. I get massages almost every month, and I can confidently say she is the best massage therapist I have ever had. She worked on muscles I didn’t even know existed, leaving me in a state of pure relaxation. If you're considering a massage, I highly recommend booking a session with her. We will definitely be returning to H10. This place is simply exceptional!

Waiting in line for breakfast and dinner was a bit frustrating.

I decided to book half board for our stay and we were so glad we did, The food was amazing, selection, presentation and variety each night, we were so happy. The staff were very helpful and welcoming.

I wish on an 8 night stay we weren’t limited to 1 visit in the spa. I feel this should go up depending on the number of nights stayed and not per visit.

Great beachfront location. Modern but comfortable (think mid-century x scandi). All furnishings are good quality & the beds are comfortable. The staff are very nice. The food is buffet style, good quality, lots of choice & plentiful. The drinks are well priced. The 5th floor pool area is lovely (although the pool isn't heated). Five minutes walk to the old town.

There can be a bit of a queue for a table at breakfast and dinner. We never waited more than 5 mins. The ambient music is a couple of notches too loud (personal choice).

The location was excellent and on the quieter side of the old town, which we preferred. The hotel has a lovely area out front where you can sit and watch the world go by. The pool area is lovely and does get busy early but the beach is just across the road and there are plenty of sunbeds. The rooms are spacious (we had a suite) and they were cleaned every day. The bathroom was well stocked with toiletries and very clean. The breakfast was varied and a really good selection. Everyone working here goes out of their way to make sure you are well looked after and have a comfortable stay. We’d definitely recommend.

There’s nothing to dislike at all but a suggestion would be to have more people on the bar. Those working there were rushed of their feet at times but were always so lovely. Katrina was just fantastic!
