We like it!!Lovely simple room with comfortable beds,nice bathroom and balcony.Service was excellent and bedrooms were cleaned daily!!All staff worked so hard to keep everyone happy and comfortable.They did great job. Really enjoyed my holiday here.

Lovely little hotel, very friendly polite staff. Ideal location in the old town set back a little and overlooking a little park. It was ideal for us as we are the older generation and was so close to everything we wanted. We will definitely stay there again.

The hotel is superb..more like a boutique hotel. Nothing was too much trouble ...extra pillows on request as well as a fan and hairdryer.. One night we stayed at family and I got a text from the hotel asking if I was OK....so impressed..the hotel is so great ...lovely and comfy.. Good location..fabulous staff..Nice breakfast and most of all its spotless

There is nothing not to like about the hotel therefore I hate to say and I hasten to add its not the hotels fault but the parking is horrendous..but there is a car park around the back at approx £16 per stay overnight as its private If your lucky enough to find blue parking in the street its free overnight and 1 euro for 2 hours in the morning starting from 9am till 11am.. White parking is free all day.. The area is very residential hence 70 % of the area is for residents only

We loved our stay here! It exceeded my expectations! The staff was amazing, they made us feel so welcome and they where so friendly! The room is good size, comfy beds and a great bathroom, such a comfortable room. It was also quiet and had a nice balcony. Guest can also use pool and facilities at the sister hotel just across the street witch was amazing! Location is also great, quick walk to old town and the beach! I would definitely stay again next time in Benidorm!

Preferred walking down to beach rather than up.to.hotel in the heat, also shame there were.no sunbeds in next doors hotel only chairs and sofas

Our room was at the back so overlooked by building next door. Could have done with some voiles at the window for privacy and so that you can keep the black-out curtains open to let the light in.

The Rosabel has nothing in the way of pools etc but that and more is available at the sister hotel across the street. It is ideal as a base for accessing Benidorm old town and beyond. It is spotlessly clean modern and well maintained. The breakfast room was excellent as was the inclusive breakfast.

Lovely quiet hotel mostly suited for Spainairds but we loved it the cleaners were in every morning with fresh towels and clean the room served continental breakfast in the hotel which was limited but can't complain the staff was very welcoming and couldn't do enough for you ,This hotel is situated in the old town just a 10 minutes walk down to the main town and beach ,the melina hotel is across the road which is it's sister hotel which you go and get lunch and dinner and you can use the two pools the one at the bottom is the main pool at the bar but there is no sun loungers just tables and chairs to sit there is a small pool at the top of hotel fifth floor with sun loungers

We had to go to the melina hotel across the road for our lunch and dinner but wasn't impressed with the food there it was very cold even when went at the start of service it was still the same said to chef but didn't seem interested I wouldn't pay full board again maybe that's the way the Spanish like there food we just went out for dinner because of this Don't go full board lovely hotel but the food let's it down

I have stayed before love it brilliant staff and absolutely spotless 👍. Location is brilliant..Well done to you .The only thing it's not crucial but would have loved a fridge in the room .....Would stay again tho 😎
