Location excellent room excellent and Hotel spotless

Food. We had half board and had breakfast and Dinner Problem was that on a couple of occasions we peeped in the restaurant at lunch to compare the food quality and selection compared to Dinner and was both shocked and annoyed to find a big difference in the lunch spread as to the dinner spread. Much better selection and quality on the lunch. Quite annoyed to be honest as we had felt the food going downhill as the week went on Hence our reason for nosying at lunch. Another problem is Dinner isn’t served until 8pm at night .

We are just back a couple of days. First of all the hotel was super clean and the staff were all very nice and friendly. Roof top chill zone was great and the main pool was a great size. Fabulous location 5 minutes walk to the beach. all in all great for the money that we payed and would happily stay again.weather was amazing too!

Only negative would be food was a bit repetitive in the evening for dinner but you also got free wine, juice and water included in full board option so all In all great value for money

The hotel has a nice comfortable rooms, close to the beach. Cleaning service is good and efficient. Wifi is very good.

Its my second time in the hotel, and since five years ago the quality of food went down. The breakfast is the same everyday, need better ham and cheese, scrambeled egs, pancakes, more fruits... It's very noisy in the restorant, both from guests and from staff taking plates off. There is no fridge in the room, and when you ask they dont give you in the bar.

24hr receptionist made it easy for us to check in at 1am. The staff were always happy to book us a taxi to the bars and to the airport. The bar area is exceptionally clean and bright. Variety of drinks; alcoholic, soft, teas, coffees etc. Pool is rather small, but looks great and does a job. The hotel is in a quiet area away from the carnage that can be benidorm. Rooms were comfy and a decent degree of space. Would more than happily stay here again.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We had a balcony that I know would have been lovely to sit on, overlooking a wee park, if it hadn’t been raining so hard (not, of course, the hotel’s fault)! We know Benidorm well, living about an hour down the road, and we were visiting for a night to meet with friends. The hotel suited us perfectly.

There was nothing to fault. We would have preferred a double bed but none were available when we booked. The two Queen-sized beds rather than standard singles were wonderful.

The hotel was modern clean, and friendly helpful staff, also lots of food choices at the buffet, which was delicious. It was in a very good location, only a very short walk into the atmospheric old town with all its shops and bars.

There is no car park, so you just have to keep feeding the parking meter in the street.

The property is very clean and the facilities are excellent, the rooms are modern and fresh. the location is ideal.

It’s not something I disliked ,however , the location of the pool and sun loungers are covered in between 3 building so you probably get maybe 1 hour of sun the whole day at the pool.

love this hotel it was the first hotel I stayed in when I first come to Benidorm in 2017 and I have been trying to book it ever since and it always fully booked but I got it again in march this year for 2 nights amazing hotel very Spanish
