The location was in the streets of the old town we liked it but it’s a good 30 min walk from the square and the streets around are v dark and quiet walking home at night. Taxis are about but obviously adds to budget. Walls bit thin, shower was good and strong, balcony with chairs good ,no view though. Staff were fabulous and nothing was too much trouble. Supermarket just over road for snacks,cold drinks

Thin walls so could hear neighbour snoring loudly! Staff said they had ear plugs now for future requests 🤗

Good location near the sea and shops of old town. Very helpful staff. Lift, bar but close to other bars. Room spacious. Bathroom adequate. We stayed new years eve and price exceptionally cheap.. Have balconies.

Room walls very thin, can hear everything in adjoining rooms. But no outside noise. Only one bath towel and hand towel, but could have asked I guess. There is no parking, but public parking close by for cheapest in Benidorm. Undercover. The hotel restaurant closed NewYearsDay, so no breakfast facilities..

Great little hotel in the old town. Everyone working here is really nice and the location is perfect for shopping and the beach. Its also very close to the boats if you want a trip out on those. Walking to the British strip from here takes about 30 mins along the sea front with plenty of bars and restaurants to stop at on the way. This hotel is kept really clean and tidy and I will definitely be returning later in the year👍🥇

The only thing I didn't have in my room that I would have liked was a kettle and small fridge but to be fair there is a bar downstairs that you can get teas and coffee so not really a problem 👍

OK folks, this is not a luxury hotel, think more like a guesthouse near Gatwick/Heathrow when you need a handy clean overnight stay. The hotel is very clean, the staff are definitely grafters and the breakfast is great value for money. The water pressure is great, our room had a balcony and the area is residential and quiet but only 5mins walk from the beach if even. There is a hill back up to the hotel though if you're mobility challenged. If you go with high expectations you will not like it, if you accept it as sufficient and pleasant and cheap then you'll have a ball.

Nothing we didn't like, the hotel is dated and it shows, but it's very clean and well maintained. We have stayed in beautiful hotels and mostly stay 4star plus. This hotel was absolutely sufficient and we even worked from home using their wifi for 2 days

This hotel was tucked away in the old town. Great location for exploring in either direction. Near to the beach via some steps. Staff were amazing, very attentive and helpful. Rooms, although a bit dated were very clean and comfortable. Good maid service. Good WiFi connection. Very quiet at night, no banging doors.

The approach to the front entrance was a bit grubby, just needed a sweep and hose down to fix that.

A good standard hotel, handy for the old town and poniente beach. Fairly basic accommodation but comfortable and clean and the staff were always helpful. Breakfast was a little shambolic but good value and plentiful. Overall good value and recommended

A few more homely touches in the bedroom and improved organisation around breakfast but very little otherwise

Great location, very clean. The hotel is very clean even though it is a bit dated. As it is an older hotel the sound insulation between the rooms is not good, you can hear the people in the next room talking. The hotel is fantastic value for money, I would stay here again.

Hotel close to Old Town but in a quiet location, the rooms were spacious and extremely clean, the rooms were cleaned daily. Buffet breakfast very good value for money plenty of variety. The staff at reception were very pleasant and we received a friendly greeting, we don’t have any complaints.

Due to the location of the hotel, off a side street a little tricky to find but google maps helped.

The breakfasts were great, good selection of food to suit different tastes the breakfast room and facilities were first class and very clean and the staff were on hand to help at all times with a smile on their faces

I did not fault anything I have stayed in Benidorm many times and the Primavera was the best by far for value for money Pepe and the rest of the staff were wonderful and very helpful

the price for two nights stay was excellent ,the hotels not too far from the seafront, and very close to bars and good shops.

the complicated door locking system to the rooms takes a while to get the hang of it. the hotel is not that easy to find,there’s a back entrance with the name of the hotel but there’s no entrance door so you need to navigate around to try and find the front entrance.
