This room far surpassed our expectations. It was very clean, comfortable and the balcony had a gorgeous view. There was a fridge in the room which was great for keeping drinks cold. The location was perfect, just the other side of Levante beach, away from the crowds but still super close to everything you need/want from Benidorm. The hotel is beachfront and our room looked out over the beach with a beautiful view of the sea. The bathroom was a good size and perfectly clean. The shower was amazing. Would definitely recommend staying here.

There wasn't anything to improve for our stay here.

Room modern and of a good size. Air conditioning worked perfectly and quiet when on. Shower is really good water pressure and temperature, a few basic toiletries provided and replaced as and when needed as well as towels. Bed very comfortable - had a great sleep. Safe in room - free to use, picked up key from reception when arrived. Had a room with city view and balcony, very little noise - and considering spend most of the time out and about in the town or on beach opposite had great value for money. Really enjoyed my stay, the staff are all friendly and welcoming. Look forward to returning again.

Very minor thing, when move in the shower to the one side - the water came out onto the floor. Once got used to it, was okay and could make sure towel was there.

All staff were very friendly. Spoke English and 24hr reception was beneficial. Free safe was very much appreciated. Jose Antonio upon our arrival was very welcoming.

Upon arrival our room had a smoke smell but did disappear after ventilation and a couple of days of having the door open for a bit . Also. Maybe a little cafe or eating area rather than just the vending but price would increase and price we paid for 4 nights was great. plenty of places to eat locally so not a big deal.

Loved my stay ...here for a week Great location in the old town the beach just across the road ..my room was clean and comfy ..great shower and bathroom lots of fresh towels ..I had a street view it was fine but I'd definitely go for a sea view .. everyone was so friendly and helpful.. someone on reception 24 Hrs .cleaners are lovely and really work hard making sure the rooms are clean and have all your needs ..safe in the room ..kettle and cups available should you require one ..hairdryer .. Good working lift and a fabulous cafe 1 minute away to grab breakfast or any other food or drink treats where you can sit and look over the promenade and beach It's a great location..get the quietness but only a short walk into old town or the strip .. Definitely recommend

Clean and tidy , nice comfortable rooms. Air-conditioning was amazing really easy to use and powerful. Free use of the safety deposit box. Also a fridge, and I emailed before we arrived to see if I could have a kettle and cups. They put in our room before we got there. There was the option of asking to use an iron and ironing board free of charge too. Very helpful staff on 24 hours a day. The apartments thereself was very quite. Would stay there again

The balcony doors didn't lock, although was was on 4th floor so not too worried.

This was our 2nd visit, there are improvements being made to the entrance but it wasn't that much of a problem as we both used walking aids at the moment. It's a nice little hotel with basic facilities, the rooms are ok a little small but we had a sea view which was perfect for us as we like to chill out and take our time. We will definitely stay again 👍

This may be a little trivial, but there wasn't a luggage table in our room as previous, I did ask for one (twice)....but never arrived. As stated,the entrance is being improved and will be alot better once finished.

The location was amazing, hotel was clean, comfortable and the views were amazing. Staff were excellent very friendly and helpful especially with my mum who had mobility issues.

A lounge/bar area would of been nice but it was not a problem as the location to the bars were great. Disabled/mobility issues were a small problem for my mum but the staff were great if she needed help. A simple drop down rail by the toilet would have been great. Possibly a small lift up the steps but we knew there were steps as we had been informed.

Excellent location , direct from the marina in old town ,30 second walk to the beach . 5 mins walk to centre of old town , 10 mins walk to new town start of the bars and restaurants on the beach front . 20 / 30 mins walk to the main nightlife / the strip . . €7 /€8 euro too or from the strip . Hotel very clean , staff very polite and helpful, room more than adequate for our stay . Great value for money . Good sized bathroom and walk in shower . Safety deposit box and air con included in the price . Would definitely return/ book again .

No pool . This didn't spoil anything about the stay and was fully aware when we booked.

The location was fabulous! right on the front, just west of old town, the view from our sea view room was insane! we stayed for 3 nights in mid Oct & the room rate was £45 per night, amazing value! You can unload your car in front of the hotel & then find parking, which is impossible in the street, the receptionist said there was a supermarket you could park just around the corner, which we did, but ended up costing €75 for 3 nights!! so avoid that! Old town is a 2 minute walk, which was buzzing & had amazing tapas eateries!

Nothing at all really. You had to ask for a kettle & mugs & collect them from reception, no big deal.
