Great location for the old town and beach. Rooms were spacious. Comfortable balcony. Had all the facilities we needed. Really had a great time and was enjoyed by the whole family.

The check in arrangements were not good. We requested an early check in and were informed that someone would meet us at our arranged time. WhatsApp messages and phone calls weren’t answered. Ended up getting an email to complete an online check in. Waited outside the apartment for nearly 90 minutes before someone turned up to give us keys.

Property is in a good location it’s a big apartment and has everything that you need

200 euro deposit that I am still waiting to have refunded back to me which has totally put me off booking it again I’m home a nearly a week and nothing have contacted them and no reply getting keys to apartment when you arrive is a bit of a nightmare myself and another couple stood outside for ages before being sent details of how to get in deposit no being refunded and wait to get in has put me off going to that apartment again did enjoy my break and apartment but little things need changing.

Brilliant location plenty of room plenty of utensils

Bit noisy with workmen working on hotel opposite but wouldn't stop me returning. There was no workmen on for the new year, and we were out for most of the day

The location is good. It would have been nice to know work was going on next door with a new hotel being built, so it was a bit noisy at times. The apartment is basic but very clean and comfortable. It was missing some sort of shelf/storage in the bathroom for toiletries and a mirror in the bedroom. The only mirror was in the bathroom. This aside, I would certainly stay here again and would be happy to recommend it to friends and family.

*Great location, *clean apartment. *Easy to locate entry & keys. *Communication via what's app was good (once I found it on benidorm booking) *Lovely big shower, powerful & hot, shampoo & shower gel provided. *Would stay again :-)

*Only one mirror located in the bathroom, this made getting ready difficult with 3 ladies trying to get washed & ready. *Large step leading to the terrace. *Couldn't find what's app contact via booking.com but found on benidorm booking

Very well equipped apartment.. brilliant WiFi ...very good WhatsApp information the day before on where the apartment was, how to enter the building and obtain the keys from a safe storage box in the hallway plus WiFi password...very very clean and well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds with extra duvets in the wardrobe...air conditioning/ heater which were veru good, a great supermarket 50 yards up the road for any essentials or ever if your eating in like I did.....great value for money and I will definitely be booking again.

There were a couple of dogs that occasionally barked but can't guarantee that they were residential and could have just been short term let's...also I had a room on the third floor overlooking the road... occasionally it was noisy with people at unusually early times in the morning shouting .that would not put me off rebooking though...again, can't guarantee they just wearnt just ignorent tourists ..

The apartment looked less basic in person, which we were happy about. Great location in the old town, no noise heard from the bar downstairs. Short walk to the beach Good value for a short break Nice little balcony

Lack of mirrors. No full length mirror. Bathroom is en-suite, so guest staying on the sofa bed have to enter the bedroom. Smell of cigarettes on arrival, aired this out overnight and was fine. Banging sounds from other apartments, on the last night we woke up in the middle of the night thinking someone was trying to break into the apartment because of how clearly you can hear other doors. Sofa bed was ok for the first night, however, became uncomfortable after this.

Great location and easy access. We arrived in town early and had lunch until we received a text advising us that our apartment was ready. Clean and comfortable.

Door entry keypad at times did not accept code, needs attention. Apartment needs another sofa as 1 is not sufficient for 2 bed accommodation. Clearer description on accommodation i.e. differences from standard / superior. Requested top floor as they appear to have a terrace, trying to obtain further information proved troublesome. None of the above detracted from our stay.... would book again but only if could confirm top floor with terrace.

The apartment was in a great location, close to all amenities It's smaller than it looks in the photos but well equipped for the 4 of us Very safe environment

Cannot really say we didn't like anything really An oven would be a good idea although there's a microwave Pillows really firm but that's personal choice I guess
