It was extremely clean, and the bed was comfortable.

There was no fridge or kettle in the room, and it did not have a balcony.

Location is amazing, as a base to explore all of Benidorm. Reception staff very helpful and polite and welcoming. They even gave me a box of chocolates for my birthday, they weren't even told it was my birthday so must have noticed from my passport at check-in.

Noise at night seemingly from staff moving about possibly cleaning, but this didn't spoil our stay in anyway.

A very nice central hotel. Clean comfortable room with a small fridge. A decent hairdryer in the bathroom. A small terrace over looking rooftops,could see the cross looking one way and the sea the other. Breakfast was nice.Very friendly and helpful staff! I would definitely stay again.

Would be good to have a sunshade/umbrella on the terrace and there's no kettle for an early morning or late night cup of tea. It would be a 10/10 from me if these were in place

No kettle in the room to make a hot drink , the problem being most of the cafes don't open until 8.30 & personally that's a little late for me , so it maybe worth the hotel considering this 😉

Hotel is well managed and staff doing exceptional job. WiFi is good. Air conditioning is good. Beds are fine. Location is very central. Food is adequate.

Did not bother me much personally, but soundproofing is very weak. You can hear next door talking. Second socket beside the bed would be nice to have.

The location was excellent, right in the heart of the old town. Staff polite and helpful. The breakfast was OK but you had to be up early enough or not much left. Limited choice of options.

Didn't like the fact that loud music was played at about 9am in the morning, think it was to get people up so that they could clean the room. The maid came round too early knocking on the door to clean.

Excellent location in the Centre of Benidorm Old Town. Nice clean, en suite room, very comfortable king sized bed with quality bedding which was made up daily. Staff friendly with 24 hr reception. Self service breakfast with choice of hot cooked breakfast-fried eggs + either boiled or scrambled eggs, bacon, chipolta sausages, beans or tomatoes. Pastries, toast, preserves, cold meats/ cheese. Juice, tea, coffees from machine, fruit juices. Fruit choice consisted of whole kiwis and oranges. Yoghurt pots.

No tea/ coffee making facilities in room. Would have liked more fresh fruit variety

I loved the location of this hotel it was perfect!! The staff where exceptional and very friendly nothing was ever to much for them and went out of their way to make you feel very welcome.

Nice clean room, powerful shower and great value for money.

shower head adjuster was broken and drainage was slow, so tended to flood bathroom a bit.
