This is such a lovely place and was perfect for us. We spent a lot of time out and exploring so there wasn’t a need for us to spend lots of time in the apartment. However, the apartment was perfect; clean, comfortable and most importantly quiet! We had Netflix on the tv too for the evenings where we didn’t want to stay out. The cooking facilities were great, and saved us a lot of money as we cooked breakfast every morning. Although, an oven would have been a nice added extra. On our last day we were able to use luggage storage and a shower room before heading to the airport. The property is opposite residential buildings, so again, it was lovely and quiet, no interruptions during the night (slamming doors etc). A stones throw away from the old town, beach, restaurants and bars. Great stay overall and would stay again!

The air-con was initially rattling but after a little play with the settings it was fine.

Our stay at this apartment was nothing short of exceptional. The apartment was not only stylish and well-appointed, but also perfectly located. It was the ideal base for exploring the old town of Benidorm. The GBH team provided top-notch service. From the initial booking to the seamless check-out, every interaction was a pleasure. Honestly, we loved absolutely everything about our stay. If we had to nitpick, perhaps we could’ve used a few more days there? But that’s a minor detail. Overall, it was a perfect , lovely well placed fantastic apartment...

Easy check in via WhatsApp communication with host. Asked for an extra pillow and next day it was delivered, very attentive. Great location about 15 min walk to New Town and right in the middle of Old Town so pert, depending on what you want to do! Tea and coffee machine facilities and complimentary bottle of water. There's an iron and ironing board too.

There was an odour of 'drains' when you walked into the foyer, not sure where it was coming from as no obvious water pipes evident. Could also do with changing towels after day 2 as there was no where to dry them, eg. Heated Towel Rail. Could also do with more than 6 coat hangers, really not enough, but other than that, great stay!

This is a recent development and has been beautifully done. It is centrally located within the old town, on a pedestrianised street. The room was a good size, with two small balconies overlooking the street. The bed was large and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and the bathroom was excellent, with a lovely big walk-in shower.

10 min walk to the beach. great location and The apartment was new and clean. Washing machine and dryer were available. There was a safe box in the room, It was important for us. The room facilities were good and comfortable to stay in. It was very cozy and comfortable, like one's own home. Cozy and comfortable balcony to sit. Access to restaurants, hairdressers, supermarkets, parking and everything needed because of the good location. All the complete information needed by the hotel was given to us through WhatsApp, and they were always available from WhatsApp for our needs. We were satisfied with our stay and will definitely come back again if we come to Benidorm🙂

the mattress was soft for me, It would be better if the mattress was firm for me.

The apartment is in very good condition and is very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent to explore both the old and new town areas of Benidorm. Check in and check out were very easy even though I never actually met any staff members. It was all done via WhatsApp and the person at the other end of the messages was very quick to reply and helpful. 1st class! I would definitely recommend to our friends and will likely stay again in the future.

Lovely location in the old town, a short walk to the beach and lots of stunning restaurants. Comes with a microwave, hob, fridge and freezer, hairdryer, iron and ironing board etc. Housekeeper available every day at our convenience. The lady that gave us our keys was exceptional, always responded to any queries we had quickly. Was a lovely place to stay, definitely recommend!

Pedestrian street, active during the day and quite at night. A lot of bars, restaurants, food stores etc. are on the street and in the area, 2 min walk till the beach. Apartment very nice, clean, comfortable. Host is very helpful and friendly! wi-fi is very fast.

All was oerfect. Just comnent about parking.If you are going with the car, you have to park on the nearest streets, it is not so easy to find place sometimes. Or is possible to use big parkings, nearest one is near the Mercadona, 100m from apartment, costs 24eur/24h, or near the cinema, 400m around 16 eur per day.

Exceptional customer service from a host. The location is brilliant: 3 min to a supermarket -Mercadonna, 5 min to the beach . Air con is perfect. Clean , comfortable, everything is like on pictures on the advert .

Wi-fi was a bit jumpy , but we didn’t need it as much . The same as TV -we didn’t need it .

Host was very helpful and they cleaner our towels once and bedding for no charge. The room was basic but had nearly everything you needed. Location and price was perfect

We were not informed that there was a washing machine available and cleaning brushes. Also we ate of the bed everyday as we were not informed there was a table and chairs hid away
