The room and location were perfect for me. It's away from the busy bars, but close enough to walk there, and just as close to the beach. The room was everything I expected. Comfortable double bed, very clean, bathroom with an excellent shower. Pension were very quick to respond to messages and provide me with everything I asked for i.e. top floor room. Exceptional value for money. Reception open 24/7. Staff extremely pleasant.

I'm struggling to find anything I did not like. This is barely a complaint, but I hung my bathroom towels up each day meaning to not have them replaced. They were replaced each day. That's the only negative feedback I have - don't let it put you off!!

Just returned from staying at La Orozca and all I can say is wow. The hotel has had a makeover since I last stayed a few years ago and it looks great. The rooms are very comfortable. The maid was lovely and my room was cleaned every single day. The rooms are basic but the beds are comfortable. Having a mini fridge was a god send for keeping my milk fresh. English channels on the tv but who goes on holiday to watch tv. The reception staff are very friendly. It’s good that you have to leave your key on reception every time you go out but at least you don’t worry about losing it. Great location for the old town etc. I highly recommend La Orozca and I will be booking again next year.

Nothing but a little table and chair on the balcony would have been perfect for my morning cup of coffee.

There is nothing not to like about this property. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. It is a perfect short stay and also perfect for fortnightly holiday like I was on recently. I’ve been here and taken my friends here several times times recently and they’ve all been very impressed.

Spacious accommodation in the bedroom with plenty of coat hangers in the spacious wardrobe with a handy table and chair below a mirror. There were two power sockets handily positioned between in my case two single beds for charging your appliances. Aircon unit which I didn’t try out but looked very clean and new, also a safe deposit box situated within the wardrobe which is always handy for locking away your valuables and was very easy to set up and use. The bathroom was very roomy and spotlessly clean with a lovely big walk in shower cubicle and there was always hot water available. Plenty of towels were also available.

Just a little noisy at times if your a light sleeper but that’s due to the location of the property.

Rooms are very very clean, air conditioning is fantastic, even though it is on a busy street when the windows are closed you can hardly hear the traffic, very good value for money, did not have much dealing with the staff so cant really rate them, but they were polite and always acknowledged you when you entered or left the hotel.

The shower is set at one level so can not be lowered and is very powerful, you should be able to lower it when you are a smaller person, had to take off the shower head and hold it to take a shower, so not really a nice experience.

Perfect location with main old town area with bars, restaurant and shops less than 2 minutes away and the beach was about 5 minutes walk away but they are a lot of bars/restaurants very close to the hotel. Small convenience shops close by for drink/snacks and also souvenirs. The strip was about 15-20 minutes walk away and the train station the same, Staff very pleasant and helpful. Room was perfect and the shower was amazing. Air conditioning was a great help after a long day exploring. Balcony was a great place to relax and even though road outside was busy the room was very quiet with the sliding doors closed. Small safe and fridge in room. Highly recommend and will stay here again.

💯The new reception. The rooms are super clean and functional. Wardrobe space, top notch. Bed very comfortable. Black out curtains. Air conditioning is excellent, better than the 4 star hotels ive stayed in. And it's remote controlled! 🌟 Location is spot on, in old town close to everything you need plus beaches are within 10 minute walk. I love that you leave room key at reception every time you go out. Its helpful for solo guests who want to go for a swim and not worry about leaving items on the sand. 💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙

Walls are thin. Neighbours conversations can be heard, BUT that was also the case in the 4 * I stayed in 🤷

Location was excellent very close to old town and beach, barely a 5 minute walk and only a 15 minute walk from the strip if you want to go there. Room was spotless clean and cleaners in every single day to spruce the room up, reception area 24/7 and very accommodating and welcoming staff. Air-con in room was very good and modern.

I could hear lots of banging and screeching most mornings from the other rooms as if furniture was being moved, and one instance at night it sounded as if someone was falling around drunk and banging into things , was so loud around 3-4am it woke me and kept me awake. Some noise from the street morning and night too but this is to be expected in the location it is, was no ear plugs provided, just stuck my headphones on some nights, could do with sound proofing.

The property has had a bit of money spent on it in the last year and the communal areas rate very highly. New reception lift and windows to the rooms make it look more like a boutique hotel. Also as a single traveller you usually get the smallest room generally looking over the bins. Not in this case though.A spotless room right at the front with balcony looking over the Street so you can people watch while having a quiet drink. Ideal if you want a room and nothing more in benidorm but after all there is plenty of places to eat out in the old town.

Nothing other than the bedspread which is perfectly clean looks abit old fashioned now that the rest of the hotel has so much money spent on it in recent months.

It was great value for money had a fridge in the room and staff were friendly and helpful when you needed anything and rooms were always done even when we got up and out late. Great location too. Will definitely stay here again

It was a twin room which might bother some people but was okay for us and no kettle but that's the normal thing in most places abroad it seems but they had a coffee and vending machine matching in lobby which was good
