First time staying in pension la orozca and I have nothing but AMAZING things to say.. i arrived early and they were more then happy to hold my luggage till my room was ready.. I was able to check in 2 hours early thanks to the lovely gentlemen on reception. Throughout my 11 days there the reception staff were so polite and helpful. A absolute credit to this hotel.. And I would also like to say a huge thank u to the cleaners they do an amazing job day in day out.. they are so polite.. another excellent credit to the hotel.. I stayed in 414 my room was perfect.. exactly what u need for 2 people.. my balcony was a added bonus it was huge.. though the view was only that of roof tops of other apartments/hotels it was still nice to take in the way of Spanish living.. beautiful narrow decorative streets and birds chirping as the sun rises.. the hotel is on a hill so if you are not the best at walking it may be a struggle.. 15/20 min walk from the beach front.. supermarkets all around.. will definitely be visiting here again 10/10. I do not have a bad thing to say about my stay here.

The room and location were perfect for me. It's away from the busy bars, but close enough to walk there, and just as close to the beach. The room was everything I expected. Comfortable double bed, very clean, bathroom with an excellent shower. Pension were very quick to respond to messages and provide me with everything I asked for i.e. top floor room. Exceptional value for money. Reception open 24/7. Staff extremely pleasant.

I'm struggling to find anything I did not like. This is barely a complaint, but I hung my bathroom towels up each day meaning to not have them replaced. They were replaced each day. That's the only negative feedback I have - don't let it put you off!!

The pictures for this hotel do not do it any justice at all, and for the price I paid, it was incredibly good value for money. The room was lovely, with a huge wardrobe, nice balcony, blackout curtains, aircon that worked great, and a really nice bathroom. I'm 6ft 3 inches, and I didn't need to duck in the shower. The shower hose can be moved also, which is handy when washing after a beach day! The bed was very comfortable, and they even gave an extra pillow, which I also found very comfortable. Reception take your key when you leave the hotel, as they are open 24/7, so no danger in losing the key. The rooms are cleaned every day, looking brand new on return from a day out. I would recommend this place to anyone going to Benidorm, especially if you want to be near the Old Town, and it is a couple of minutes from the beaches. SUPERB HOTEL

Needing to leave!

I liked their first impression, friendly, quick check in and the room was exactly what I'd hoped for. Quite, clean, good sized, comfortable bed with well maintained air-conditioning unit and plenty of available plug points. The building always felt secure, with someone on the desk 24/7 and the check out at the end of stay was very smooth and relaxed.

I was very confused by the vending machine. It had a little note explaining how to make a purchase, but when I followed the instructions and tried to buy a bottle of water I ended up with a coffee which wasn't the intention.

Just returned from staying at La Orozca and all I can say is wow. The hotel has had a makeover since I last stayed a few years ago and it looks great. The rooms are very comfortable. The maid was lovely and my room was cleaned every single day. The rooms are basic but the beds are comfortable. Having a mini fridge was a god send for keeping my milk fresh. English channels on the tv but who goes on holiday to watch tv. The reception staff are very friendly. It’s good that you have to leave your key on reception every time you go out but at least you don’t worry about losing it. Great location for the old town etc. I highly recommend La Orozca and I will be booking again next year.

Nothing but a little table and chair on the balcony would have been perfect for my morning cup of coffee.

It was ideally situated on a busy street in the old town up a bit of a inclune 10 mins away from the beach ,if traffic noise would bother you ask for a room at the back they will accommodate if they can comfortable beds ,,nice hot showers the rooms are adequate, very clean ,air-conditioning which is needed as it was very hot when we were there ,the reception is manned night and day which is good as it feels safe ,,the price we paid was very good also

There is nothing not to like about this property. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. It is a perfect short stay and also perfect for fortnightly holiday like I was on recently. I’ve been here and taken my friends here several times times recently and they’ve all been very impressed.

Spacious accommodation in the bedroom with plenty of coat hangers in the spacious wardrobe with a handy table and chair below a mirror. There were two power sockets handily positioned between in my case two single beds for charging your appliances. Aircon unit which I didn’t try out but looked very clean and new, also a safe deposit box situated within the wardrobe which is always handy for locking away your valuables and was very easy to set up and use. The bathroom was very roomy and spotlessly clean with a lovely big walk in shower cubicle and there was always hot water available. Plenty of towels were also available.

Just a little noisy at times if your a light sleeper but that’s due to the location of the property.

Rooms are very very clean, air conditioning is fantastic, even though it is on a busy street when the windows are closed you can hardly hear the traffic, very good value for money, did not have much dealing with the staff so cant really rate them, but they were polite and always acknowledged you when you entered or left the hotel.

The shower is set at one level so can not be lowered and is very powerful, you should be able to lower it when you are a smaller person, had to take off the shower head and hold it to take a shower, so not really a nice experience.

Perfect location with main old town area with bars, restaurant and shops less than 2 minutes away and the beach was about 5 minutes walk away but they are a lot of bars/restaurants very close to the hotel. Small convenience shops close by for drink/snacks and also souvenirs. The strip was about 15-20 minutes walk away and the train station the same, Staff very pleasant and helpful. Room was perfect and the shower was amazing. Air conditioning was a great help after a long day exploring. Balcony was a great place to relax and even though road outside was busy the room was very quiet with the sliding doors closed. Small safe and fridge in room. Highly recommend and will stay here again.
