Great location, easy to get to the old town or onto the beaches. We had a top floor apartment which was huge with a large terrace overlooking the street and seaview which appeared a lot bigger and spacious than the lower apartments. Very reasonably priced

It was a little noisy at times from the streets at night. It was a fiesta weekend TBF. And the toilet had a little bit of a sewage smell. Lid needed to be kept down and bathroom door shut but it wasn't too onerous and as we sat mostly on the large terrace it was not a big problem.

We been in the Avenida Appartments several times and it is our favourite place to stay in Benidorm. Plenty of space, close to the sea, shops, bars and resturants, Supermarket just around the corner. Free use of the Swimming pool and deckchairs on the roof of the Alvenida hotel opposite. Everything we need. The staff are very helpful (24 desk) and the cleaners and very nice to talk to and do a excellent job changing towels every day if required. We will be back again soon. Can't wait.

I have been staying at the hotel and Apartments nearly 30 years .with my wife died 2017 .Still kept coming in 2020 and twenty I found a wonderful spainish lady staying at the hotel and Esprazia got us together .so I go to Valenica and she stays in England ..we never go anywhere .else just come back we have already booked for November. Apartment was large, the beds were ok but a little lumpy. Everything was lovely & clean. Shower was great. Would have preferred a double bed. Will probably stay again, close to everything we wanted. Staff were lovely & so helpful.

The bath had seen better days, beds were ok but needed a change of mattresses.

I loved the location and the friendly staff. The kitchen was well equipped. Even a juice extractor!!! Thanks. The balcony overlooking the street with a sea view was awesome!

A small kit of dish detergent and sponge would have been nice since they only come in large amounts and I wasn't going to buy them for only 3 days. Some salt, pepper and oil too. Maybe you can offer them for a little extra cost.

The hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. We stayed her for my mums birthday and they allowed a friend who arrived earlier to go to our room and put up some banners. Our room was clean and although basic we had everything we needed (except an iron which you can loan from reception). Our towels were changed regularly with out us asking and fresh bedding 3 times in 10 days. The lady who runs the kids club and does a lot of the evening entertainment for the adults is a good laugh.

The restaurant is across the road in the main hotel, it states the dress code for evening meal is legs/arms covered so on the first evening we donned out smart attire, melted walking to 5mtrs across the road only to find everyone in shorts and t-shirts. The main entertainment which is on every night (Piano) is repetitive and cringy and could do with being updated. After 2 evenings we began to eat later so that we missed it. The air con is only in the main room so the bedroom got extremely warm throughout the day/evening.

Excellent position, staff brilliant!

Had a very poor start as the room was far from ready!! It was 2.30 am and we were very tired and had to stay at the hotel opposite for the first night!! It was rectified the next day and staff couldn’t be more helpful!!!

Central location. Friendly helpful staff. Use of Hotel facilities. What you see is what you get, no hidden extras.

The sad news that the apartments have been sold and after 1st December 2025 noone knows what is going to happen.
