The apartment was ideally located for old and new towns and was near shops and restaurants. Check in and out was easy from the hotel azul opposite although it is an adult only hotel so kids arent allowed to use the facilities there. The apartment is a great size for 3 adults and a 1 year old. Fridge/freezer worked fine and there is access to log on to your disney/amazon which was a bonus for our 1 year old. Nice balcony in the room and the pool was small but very nice. Lots of beds around it. Overall a nice place and location and size alone will make us return.

The shower went from hot to cold in an instant and we wasn't able to use it for our 1 year old so this needs addressing for families really. Pillows could do with a change as they weren't very comfy

Location was super handy for shops and pubs. Good size apartment for 5 of us, really appreciated the separate toilet and shower room and double sinks, esp for us all getting ready to go out etc. great being able to use the hotel pool and solarium.

No extra/clean towels given despite staying almost a week. No instructions on what to do with rubbish. Shower was a hit or miss with water. Was hot one minute and cold the next. Some girls complained the bed wasn’t comfortable but I, personally found it ok.

The property is modern, clean, well equipped and in a great location.

The property has two lovely balconies (one of the reasons we booked it) but no outdoor furniture! We had planned to eat outside most days and unfortunately this was not possible due to there being no outdoor table or chairs. This was extremely disappointing for us because this is a major factor in our holiday. The shower head could do with a little attention. We managed to prop it up and not a major issue for us personally, but for some people I can imagine having to hold it or lean back and slightly to the left to get under the shower head may well be somewhat of an issue. Also, the washing machine may need some attention. I think it’s as simple as levelling it, but pretty scary when it starts jumping from between the cupboards on its final spin.

I liked everything, the apartment has everything what you need.. the swimming pool, 5 minutes to walks to the beach, comfortable bedrooms, nice balcony, and the staff is very nice and helpful! Special the girl in the reception! I be back, and I recommend for my friends!

Keys were picked up from the hotel opposite where the staff at reception were very friendly and helpful and told us we could also use the hotel amenities. Beds were comfortable and the apartment was big and nice and quiet. Location was excellent for Old Town and still good for the New Town. The kitchen had everything you could ask for.

Water temperature was a bit hit and miss in the shower. This is the only thing of mention. Overall everything else was spot on.

Great facilities with a great view in a good location.

The lack of cleaners meant towels and bed sheets were not changed for the full duration of our stay which became quite unhygienic. In addition, the key cards said 12 noon check out however we got called 3 times at just past 11 saying we should have checked out by 11 which caused an additional rush at the end of our stay.

The location is brilliant, couldn’t be more central for old town, new town and the beach. The apartments are large and well maintained

The property is brilliant and we’ve stayed here many times. The pool is a no fun zone though so if you have children, they can’t have any inflatables, balls or music

The check in process at the hotel was fantastic, even though we were staying in the apartments across the road

There were sensors on the lights that were unnecessary and a bit annoying

The apartment was modern and well furnished. It had everything you need and really spacious. The beds are large and comfortable. There is no wifi at present and is due in December. Wifi is not advertised though so no complaints from us about it. The apartment is really well located, old town to the left and over bridge, new town to the right and the beach is very close also. There is a supermarket about 2 minutes away on the left as you come out if the apartment block. We had a couple of issues with the shower head holder being loose and the curtains had come off the tracks. I’ve added this as good because we had maintenance come and fix them both within an hour of reporting it and even had a follow up call to check everything was ok. I am super impressed with everything about the apartment

Nothing! There is building work on the external building but it didn’t affect our stay

It was very clean and modern and in a great location

Everything was amazing affordable too the only thing is the ground floor entrance could be abit more modern and the lift takes a while but it’s nothing didn’t effect our holiday !
