Amazing staff working in the hotel,always friendly and helpful. They will take good care about any need you have and any inquiries. Food was amazing and it has lots of varieties adapted to clients with different tastes, desserts were delicious as well. Pool and animators during the evening were just as fun and amazing, I would definitely recommend to try piña colada they make as it's the best one I've ever had. Good lounge area and outdoor seating patio; plenty of beds at pool; good breakfast; located near beach and Old town. All Staff were very friendly and helpful and acknowledged you as you passed reception.

Very loud music in the lounge -could be heard in the bedroom corridors; music played from 9.30 to 11.30 which is too late for the clientele with majority being pensioners; quality of most acts was disappointing for the audience. Overall Management need to look at these issues

Excellent location, staff are very friendly. We were full board, food was excellent selection and something different each day. Hotel is very close to old town which is perfect for those who like the quieter part of Benidorm. Beach is 10/15 minute walk from hotel. Room is a little dated room and hotel was spotless. You can’t fault this hotel or the staff.

We were very happy with our room,very spacious and we enjoyed our meals every day.We were booked in for half board and we enjoyed our breakfast and dinner each evening.We have been to the hotel several times and find the location very close to shops and other facilities.

We are very happy with most things except we are not too keen on the entertainment.We usually go to a sister hotel of the Royal in the evenings.

The breakfast is always very good and a good selection of food. We love the location,we are close to all amenities. Our room is always clean and comfortable.The bed is good and firm and linen spotless.

The fridge is not very cold and because it is small,I cannot keep much bottles of cava in it.There is actually space where the fridge is to fit a regular one in there.I know the small fridges are more expensive then the ordinary ones cost.Worth a thought for the hotels sake of economy!

The hotel was clean with good facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were booked in for half board meaning evening meal and breakfast. As we were already booked for an evening meal elsewhere they allowed us to change our evening meal to lunch which was very helpful.

Everything was perfect, the staff are the best, the he rooms where so clean, breakfast was perfect every morning, we decided to stay for dinner one night and this was so nice , nothing is too much trouble, looking forward to coming back next year,

My husband,my girlfriend and myself have been to the Royale before many times and enjoy your hotel very much each time.We love the breakfast and dinner.Our rooms are always clean and serviced well.We plan to come back again soon.We feel the reception we have received on arrival,and at other times has been much more friendly and welcoming than in previous years.Thank you for this.

The porridge for breakfast was very thin and watery.There should be more porridge flakes used and made on water.

great choice for breakfast, just a short walk from the beach, room was large, bed was huge, bed and towels changed every other day, had a pool view from room, and also the hotel is in a very quiet area

because the hotel is not on the sea front, there is not much of a view, only other tall buildings, buts its benidorm, and we knew that before we went, would not put me off booking the hotel again, also, because my husband uses a walking stick we didnt use the high sun bed area, only because of the metal stairs

Excellent breakfast. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Very clean comfortable room. Evening entertainment was fun. Close to the old town. Was about a 20 minute walk from the tram station and a similar distance to the bus station. Was good to have UK tv channels (Also had French, German etc channels too). Did not use the pool.

Difficult to find fault really. Did not stay in any other hotel in Benidorm so cant compare but would certainly recomend RH Royal.
