I have stayed at this hotel previously so already had high expectations. Our visit over Christmas and New Year did not disappoint. The food including the gala dinner was excellent and the majority of the staff went over and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed our stay, notable members of the team were Pilar and Moniker on reception and Eric, Salva and Irene in hospitality.

Some of the waiting staff were a little abrupt and on a couple of occasions it was clear that there had been some disagreement between them with their negative attitude being obvious to the diners. The chef on the show cooking used the same cooking plate and utensils to cook the meat alongside the fish without cleaning either and so this may be a problem for some.

Excellent location, we were only B&B but breakfast was lovely.

Stay was spoilt by a large group (hotel says it doesn’t take large groups ). Who were noisy , rowdy and rude

Clean, helpful staff, close to beach and old town.

Didn’t have indoor pool/spa facilities.

Been a few time now, and always been happy with it , the staff are great everyone reception,bar staff cleaners,room very comfy got a fridge and a safe , food I was happy with plenty choices, location near to everything you could want .can’t wait to come back .

Not to keen on the glass panels in the room separating the sink and the toilet kept walking into them at night .

Nice hotel, sunbeds by pool were typically reserved for hours without people using them - hotel was clean spacious AI food was pretty reasonable, drink options were ok - entertainment pretty average but what you expect - nicely located closer to old town but central enough to be a short walk to the beach and main prom - snack bar was ok but quite limited in choice

Typically selfish people with towels on beds - aircon wasn't the best as it was centrally controlled

From when you entered the hotel you were treated like the family the hotel its staff the food the room are above and beyond

Only thing that could be improved on his the staff in the restaurant could wait till all people seated had eaten there food before clearing plates away

The staff were amazing. We were in a group of 8 who arrived on different days, celebrating an 80th birthday and a 55th wedding anniversary. They went above and beyond to recognise this and set up a special table for us with balloons and banners complete with cake and cava. The drinks at the hotel were fab and the food at the buffet was delicious. We could have happily stayed for a week or 2.

Friendly staff, especially Pilar in reception & Alex behind the bar.... so helpful.

Semi see through toilet door, if one puts a light on during the night, it illuminates the whole room..... clear glass partition requiring caution when rising at night.

Great location. Lovely breakfast. Compact room but well thought out space and comfort . balcony great too

I didn’t get to use the pool. The sunbeds were taken before breakfast ! And all placed around the pool so no opportunity to sit by or dip in. I booked the hotel because it has a pool so that was a bit of a waste. I guess it’s the same wherever you go.

lovely modern hotel with a great location for the old town and new the new town is about 15 minutes walk. reception staff were really helpful and friendly
