The breakfast was very poor. The range of food was not to my liking. While there was a wide range of cold meats, I was not interested in such food in the morning. The cereals range was also very limited. I only went for breakfast on one occasion.

The cleanliness was excellent, the breakfast offered a good selection and the staff are lovely. The rooms are cleaned every day unless you leave the note on your door handle to say do not disturb. The location of this hotel is the best you can get, your in walking distance to Levante beach, Poniente beach, the old town and your on the doorstep of Mediterranean avenue. The hotel room itself is large with a huge sofa and a double bed with a really firm comfortable mattress. There is a good size balcony with fantastic views of the sea and mountains. The en-suite is modern and super clean with a powerful shower and two different heads to choose from and lots of hot water. You have a kettle and mugs, a large tv and a small fridge. Lots of space to hang clothes. I will definitely be back.

The English TV channels keep losing their signal, this lasts about an hour then seems to get better. The time of evening dinner is 8pm, that's very later for us Irish 😄

Great location, Lovely room and view, Comfy bed, Brilliant Power Shower, Friendly Staff. Good selection of Food for Breakfast and Evening meal. Good WiFi. Thank you to Staff for giving me the position of room I had previously requested, pity the Weather didn’t play its part. We sent my daughter Photos of the room and she was intrigued why the City Landscape Wallpaper has been put on upside down, Reception staff laughed but didn’t know - can anyone explain lol.

Only negative- as an elderly couple we do like to watch TV. The choice of English channels is very poor and for all the Technology in 2025 the English channels weren’t picking up a signal so we were unable to watch them

As always for this hotel - location, services were great. Friendly and professional staff, optimal sized rooms, great meals for lunch and dinner. Internet access looked like become much better. It is still slower than needed for modern fancy apps and phone media but much more stable.

1. Elevators. This is still a problem. You have to wait a lot to go up to your room or down to lobby. 2.Not a problem but breakfast is missing fresh veggies. Overally it is good, you have variety of pastries, decerts, collection of cheese and ham, hot meals, fruits etc. but no fresh veggies or salads except chopped tomatos. 3. Hotel gym opening hours looks ackward. I would appreciate to go to gym much earlier, way before the breakfast.

The reception staff were very attentive and helpful. The room was large with great view. Breakfast and dinner were very delicious. A good hotel with an amazing service

There was no special food for the kids, only french fries, even apple juice for the kids was missing in the restaurant, which main part of children adore. The fee of parking was very high 21,5 Euros daily, however there were no cameras in the parking. We have paid a lot on parking in the hotel and there was no any security for the car. One morning we saw that our car was bitten by another car and the reception said that there are no any cameras for identifying who has done it. Even We paid for parking our car was damaged in the hotel’s parking, which truly said was very uncomfortable.

Very good central location. All staff I encountered very helpful and polite. Great views from room. Good variety of food. Stayed at this hotel 3 times and the guests seem to be older, ie pensioners, mostly Dutch.

Having stayed at many hotels in Benidorm this one was no different in that there always seems to be someone in the room above that drags furniture across the floor at 3am...why ?? Maybe I'm just unlucky.. Obviously not the fault of the hotel.

Breakfast was really good, excellent selection pf pastries, hot food and others was provided. The tables were cleared quickly and food was replenished as soon as it was low. The room was nice and big with a nice big balcony overlooking the town and bay.

The bed was a little soft for me but that is just my personal preference, also the lifts were very busy and a bit slow so you had to let some go past as you couldn't get in them

Staff were amazing very friendly and catered to our every need the room and hotel was spotlessly clean. The roof top terrace on floor 21 was out of this world with full panoramic view of Benidorm. Great Location. Thank you for an amazing stay I would highly recommend this hotel.

The pool area was a little bit small

Room clean and comfortable great views, only problem I had was I sat in the bar with a small beer and a gin and tonic I drank the beer just started on the.gin went to the toilet for about two minutes and my drink had been taken by the staff had to have an argument before it was replaced, took the edge of what otherwise was a great break.

Having my drink taken away by the staff when I went to the toilet as a solo traveller I cannot guard it, please give us some time.

Superior location - Just 3-4 minutes to the sea Rooms are clean and cozy. Nice service and food

1.Main pain point are elevators. Not enough elevators/controls for such high building. You have to wait a lot when go up or down. Often elevators stop on each floor when go down. It is time consuming process. What i could suggest is to consider locking 2 elevators to lower floors and 2 other for higher floors only. And use some sort of smart system to control the passenger flow so elevator will not stop on each floor. 2. Internet access is very bad. Unstable connection all the time. It is possible to check mail only in the early morning or deep at night.
