The location of the hotel was fantastic—just a 5-minute walk from both Playa de Poniente and Playa de Levante, making it perfect for enjoying Benidorm’s beautiful beaches. We booked a half-board stay, and the food was fresh and tasty. While there could have been a bit more variety, we understand that we visited outside the peak season. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, always ensuring we had everything we needed. Our room on the 6th floor offered a lovely view from the balcony, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the value for the price was excellent, and I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip to Benidorm.

For 2 star the room was spacious and very clean and tidy with a small balcony too Staff including our chambermaid and all restaurant and reception staff were so welcoming and polite and made our stay so comfortable, I believe we were possibly the only English staying at the time and it made no difference we felt just as welcomed as everyone else !! Loved the property also the location is perfect !!! Restaurant salad is perfectly fresh , ideally could do with providing more carbs in the evening ie potatoes,fries or pasta daily

It’s not I didn’t like , but being British and although a 2 star I did expect baked beans at breakfast,and one morning went out for breakfast as we both missed then that much. The evening soup is so watered down ,you can see through it ideally would of preferably wanted it even slightly thicker

the hotel were right in the centre of the old town, about 5 minutes walk to the seafront, my room were bigger then i thought it were, and the en-suite bathroom was also much bigger then i expected. the balcony was relaxing to sit on also the balcony door were able to be locked. this room were fabulous for the price, i’m looking forward to staying there again.

the walls were very thin, i could clearly hear my neighbours coughing and talking also there music.

I had a lovely bright and airy room with a balcony, at the back of the hotel so no traffic noise. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The food was abundant. I was on half board. Wine not included but a bottle for €4,50. Very jolly dining room staff. Guests 99% Spanish pensioners. It's in a super-convenient position for the Old Town and both beaches. Excellent value.

The dining room is a bit cramped, especially the area around the food where it was often necessary to queue in a limited space. There's no outdoor space at all.

Well located for old town. All the meals are basically Spanish and lots of choice. If this was to your liking, the salad on display was always fresh with a very good selection of food available both at Lunch time and Evening. Every morning cereal , hot Spanish Bacon and eggs, toast, rolls, jams and massive selection of biscuits and cakes. It annoys me to read comments, such a disappointing or poor food - it a two star hotel ! Stayed in this hotel many times, it is always reasonably priced and great value for money. The dining room staff have been there for many years and are exceptionally helpful and friendly as are the cleaners.

There's nothing really to dislike. I was disappointed to see that the once busy cafe had now become a restaurant. For some reason on the retirement of the older very genial reception staff the replacements all seem to lack enthusiasm for the job!

Amazing hotel. Staff were really friendly, went out of your way to help. So close to the old town and a 5 min walk to the new strip. You get what you pay for with this hotel

The fact there are no fridges in the room

The food was good with a variety of choices. The room was clean and large, and the beds comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and helpful - with good local knowledge of places to visit.

The WiFi wasn't available in the room, but there were chairs in the reception area where the WiFi was available for free- so not a major problem.

Breakfast was ok and so was evening meal. Put it this way you could find something you liked. Location was superb couldn't fault it. Central to shops beach etc. very helpful staff. Also found the area quiet at night .

Somewhere to sit like a lounge with comfy chairs. And perhaps a bar in the premises to sit and have a drink would have been nice.
