Everything was exactly what I was expecting , clean , decent food … both quality and variety … good location .

Excessive queuing at bar , lack of staff and a VIP priority queue exaggerated the waiting …. I know you’ll not be surprised to read that as it was the main complaint I heard throughout the stay .

Had a fabulous room with a balcony, there were not a lot close to the elevator, which was great for me.

The only thing was the hill to the horel, I struggled a bit, bit taxis from town were plentiful and not expensive, €5 or €6, and that included a tip. After a few days of being there, guests were putting towels on the sun loungers, for later in the day which meant it was difficult to have a lounger, plenty of sears, but that's not the point here!

The hotel itself was really good value for money. A little dated, however very clean and very well maintained. The location was great too, 5/10 minute walk to the beach and shops/bars/restaurants.

The food wasn’t great, it was edible but wasn’t the best. There wasn’t much choice, it was very repetitive both lunch, dinner and late evening.

Great location & got use of other hotels (magic Robin Hood , magic splash & magic rocks) so although pool not amazing here could visit others which was amazing

No internet (I know it’s not a necessity) but useful for teenage kids . No outdoor pool , only one on roof under apex

Very reasonably priced. All the Reception staff were courteous and helpful. The waiter who was in the Granada Restaurant the first few days of my stay is very professional and ensured everything was in order.

Nothing in particular. It is great value for the price.

The hotel offers a range of entertainment from late night shows, games room, children play pool and many more activities.

Very good location, shops, cafe, restaurants and beach in walking distance. Amazing 2 restaurans, very helpful and friendly staff. Options to keep luggage in the security place and have an opportunity to take shower after check out hours. Special kids playroom is great!

congratulations to all the staff at Magic Cristal park from reception to, bar staff, restaurant staff and cleaners you were all highly professional super friendly and nothing seemed to much trouble. the rooms were just fantastic and the bed was so comfy I didn’t want to get up in the mornings. with several on-site bars to chose from and open from 09:00 - midnight and 2 restaurants serving Breakfast, lunch and dinner including more snacks throughout the day was perfect for us and the roof terrace and pool was a fantastic place to spend a few hours.

The location Most of the staff at the restaurant were very helpful as we needed Halal option at the buffet

They need to work more about the cleanness of the plates and offer more Halal options on the food

Pool could be a little warmer, wasn't told to bring passports luckily we had the thought to bring them with us as we live in Spain
