Between old and new town, had a pool and a bar, had nice size rooms and great balcony, had good facilities in room, was great for a big group (there was 16 of us), very close to a supermarket, plenty of facilities close by, great value for money, pool area is open until late to make the most of the evening sun

Some staff were not as friendly as others and one of our rooms had an ant problem but this was dealt with immediately and was upgraded to a penthouse suite for the duration of our stay the staff couldn’t have dealt with it any better

Stunning view we had from the 16th floor. Me and my colleague traveled to Benidorm for business and our meeting lasted longer than expected. We booked a last minute room for an excellent price. Upon arrival the desk lady ¨Alba¨ was very kind to upgrade us as the other lower priced rooms were taken. We got an apartment on the 16th floor and it was completely renovated. Will definitely add this hotel to my list of places to stay while traveling.

Something that is a bit inevitable. A lot of party people. And the loud music at the pool in the morning. Luckily we were on the 16th floor. But my experience would have been completely different if I´d had party people next to my room or closer to the pool. Smart move of the reception to put us up.

Hotel very clean, staff very helpful and friendly, cleaning staff not so friendly when I comes to asking for a clean towel or roll of toilet paper. Pool decent size and very clean, food and drink from the bar reasonably priced. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach and strip, also right next door to a supermarket. Rooms very clean and comfortable.

We stayed for 3 nights at the hotel and had 3 people in each room so after 2 days we needed more toilet roll and clean towels and the cleaners were very reluctant to give us these and asking for them seemed to annoy them.

Arrived at the hotel some hours before ordinary check-in time, but the lovely lady at the front desk let me check in right away. Had requested a corner room "high floor", and that's exactly what I got,- on the 17th floor! The apartment was clean and spacious, and the views from the balcony were absolutely stunning! It took less than five minutes to walk to the shopping streets and restaurants, and a couple of minutes more to the beach. In other words a perfect location indeed!

I'd love to stay at La Era Park again, but not as long as they only provide "hard" sunbeds by the pool... Besides there should be some info sheets in the apartments,- e.g. regarding breakfast, bar services, cleaning etc. I stayed for five nights, and housekeeping came only once during that time.

A nice location between the Old Town and the eastern start of the Calle Gerona strip. A slight incline up to the hotel but this gives a good view down to the Old Town side. All the apartments overlook the pool.

Slightly dated apartments but clean and beds and towels changed every three days. A couple of loud stag parties while we were there.

That location was excellent. The apartment was great. I loved the balcony. It’s been a brilliant day. Will definitely return.

Little minor things was not satisfactory. The kettle in the kitchen didn’t turn off. We put the kettle on to make morning tea had a shower and the kettle over boiled and over boiled and was dangerously hot when we came back in.

La Era Park totally exceeded expectations! The value for money is 10/10. The hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious enough for 4, the shower was powerful and the balconies were large and sunny. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful too. We really liked the location and was well situated in between the strip and the old town. We were a group of 12 girls for a hen do and it was perfect. The hotel bar was good value for money and plenty of beds around the pool. I would definitely return if I was back in Benidorm.

Nice summer hotel, near the beach! Swimming pool is great. Full of children who enjoyed every moment!

We stayed 4 nights and I was surprised that there wasn't cleaning stuff at all. It was only 2 of us for short period of time so that wasn't a problem. But I am not sure if you are staying longer maybe that can affect your stay. Little stinky fridge. Furniture little old.

The staff, Angela and Christina are a credit to the hotel. Absolutely brilliant, other staff members also very helpful and friendly but didn't catch their names. Made our stay memorable. Thank you so much. Oh and contrary to some of the reviews our breakfast was delicious, piping hot and cooked to order. That poor chef had all those 50 lads, plus us and did us all proud. Thank you so much 💕

We got there just after a party of 50 Welsh rugby lads. So check in took a while. But reception did a fantastic job. Our room was a bit cold but we were fine. Told reception about it when we were checking out, she said that we should have told them. We were only there 2 days so not much time in the room so not much of a problem 😊

checked my bag in early,was given car parking space early,arrived at 12oclock,room was ready an hour later for me. Really Lovely room..very comfortable bed,fridge,safe,great views..

only slight problem,people before me must have been smoking lots,maybe on the bolcony i know,but there was a very strong smell of smoke...i left windows open all day long,and still a smell of cigarettes.
