We were on the 5th floor with a stunning sea view on our L-shaped large balcony. The apartment is quite spacious and so clean, the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer and gas 4 ring hop. It was a 10 minute walk straight down to the beach front and a 20 minute walk to the harbour. Where there is lots of shops, bars and restaurants. There is a large supermarket a 2 minute walk up the road which reminded me of a Aldi/Lidl here in the uk. The receipt staff and lovely. We arrived at 11.30pm we rang the door bell and housekeeper giving us our key to the apartment.

The pool area could has more sun Umbrellas.

Great little apartment, staff at check in and out very friendly, close enough to strip without being in it, supermarket less than a minute away, free parking, pool was open albeit they're all cold at this time of year. The Internet was just enough to watch live football on a fire stick. Balcony off lounge facing pool and own gate to go in and out from next to front door.

Patio door didn't lock but there are secondary shutters that locked. Only had one socket in the kitchen between the microwave, toaster and kettle.

Great place to stay , apartment has absolutely everything you could need , very clean . lots of space , loved the separate space outside ( covered ) to hang towels etc . Great location across from the park and next to the supermarket. Pool area larger than it looks in the pictures , clean and tidy . No towels on sun beds ! Hosts are brilliant and will do everything they can to help . We will definitely be back .

The hob only had one electric ring as the gas ones didn't work and the pool was bloody freezing everything else was superb

I go there regularly,the staff are always amazing and friendly.The location is great and a large supermarket is about 2 doors up.The view from the balcony is lovely.Its not noisy Either.

We had to wait a long time for our key to the apartment after arrival and l had rang the complex to let them know that we arrived at the airport and l was informed that the apartment was ready but when we arrived it wasn't,but the staff were amazing and took our luggage and we went away for a few hours,but on returning the apartment was still not ready so we waited and then were given the key.The staff are absolutely so helpful.Thank you .

Absolutely a fantastic hotel booked as it was my mother's 1st time in benidorm staff couldn't do enough to accommodate us as she was using a mobility scooter due to her lack of mobility will most definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning everything that we needed was in the apartment television was easy to use with an explanation on how to change from Spanish language to English only down side was housekeeping didn't appear during our stay so had to ask for towels and told to buy toilet paper but all in all had a fantastic stay

I have stayed there before and would definitely go back there. Nice clean apartments with large balcony and all rooms have a nice view. The staff are super friendly and always willing to help. It has a nice pool and patio area with plenty of sun beds. Very close to a supermarket but a walk to bars, restaurants, the beach and the old town.

The tv has only a couple of channels in English. No oven in the kitchen but in all fairness not many apartments do.

We stayed in the rooftop apartment, which has all facilities; kettle, iron, grill, oven top, microwave, pots, pans, cutlery. Beds are comfortable, and all rooms were spotlessly clean. Great views from all balconies. The main terrace has 4 loungers plus tables and chairs. Staff are very friendly, and we could always get a lounger around the pool side. A well stocked supermarket is a 2 minute walk. The location is great, 5 to 10 minutes walk to the old town and the front/beach. There is no pool bar, but there are vending machines and toilet facilities around the pool.

Handy tip, hotel is located next to Mercadona supermarket so it saves you having to take a lot of toiletries with you on your flight. Just buy them there when you arrive. Staff were lovely. We’ll be back!

For the price, this was excellent value. The hotel was located two minutes from the Old Town and so was quite quiet. The apartment was spacious and the balcony was south facing. Also, on the last day, because it was raining, I was allowed to stay in the apartment for an extra few hours which was a lovely gesture from the staff who were very friendly. The place was very clean and well maintained. The pool area was spotless and very quiet.
