It's such a beautiful and clean hotel. Very modern. Just somewhere you would love to stay. It's very close to old town, a dander down the road to the shops and restaurants. Coming back up the hill, maybe a hard climb for elderly (especially in 37° heat (27th July- 1st July) The pool area isn't overpacked , the beds are upper class! The breakfast is endless! The Aircon is so good! The beds are the most comfortable I've slept in. Don't venture to new town! It's a total dive.. Old Town will have music and an amazing atmosphere until late (peak season) Visit the Mediterranean balcony in Old Town, it's fab. Let me note on the balcony that we were on the 5th floor. The "supportive bars" are not metal. They are plastic. It does seem strong, but id still prefer if they were metal. I would advise the hotel to change them ASAP.

I was pleasantly surprised with this 3* hotel. The rooms acceptable standard, beds very comfortable. The food quality exceeded my expectations and there was a good choice for a small hotel. The bar staff were really friendly and made you feel very welcome. We were in a family group of 13 so this half board option served us well and we didn’t feel we needed to eat else where in the evening. Location was in a lovely location right next to the park/amphitheatre, so very quiet.

Only a slight niggle, in the evenings there was always a great selection of fruit, but the choice was very limited in the morning, therefore I felt it needed to be the other way around. Possibly not a great location if you have mobility issues, as a slight hill and a bit of a walk to the main restaurant and bars (not a problem for our group but my 79 year old dad struggled a bit).

There was plenty of choice at breakfast ie full hot english, full continental buffet breakfast, unlimited cold/hot drinks, my room was located on the ground floor and the window overlooked the entrance and road which at times you could clearly hear people talking as they passed as with the trafffic. The location at the top of the 'park' close to the old bull ring was pleasant especially as you walked through and passed the ampere theatres onto and towards the 'walking street'

The food could have been better ie more choice of the hot evening meals, twice there were burgers on the menu out of three nights

Friendly helpful staff. Clean hotel and rooms. Food was reasonable given price pint.

Our biggest issue was the adjoining park which is gated and we got locked in at 11pm whilst returning to the hotel. We walked through an open gate to cross the park only to find our exit closed. When we back tracked we found we were locked in. Fortunately the hotel staff facilitated our exit as Police has locked the gates to catch an offender with dogs loose! Thankfully we didn’t encountered either offender or dogs but not a funny scenario. I would urge hotel to advise patrons to avoid using this park late on an evening….Seriously, pay attention to your patrons.

This was a package tour type hotel, which although we were touring Spain by motorcycle, was exactly what we wanted for the couple of days we were spending in the resort. Despite arriving hot and sweaty in leathers we were warmly received by reception (who were also busy checking in recently arrived package passengers). Free secure parking for the motorcycle as we didn't take a car space was.an unexpected surprise, thank you😀 The room was very nice, large and clean, with a wrap around balcony that seemed to go on for miles (slight exaggeration) We only ate breakfast in the hotel but the selection was great. The pool was relatively small but perfectly adequate for the numbers using it. No sunbed reservations here...in fact, the hotel specifically forbade it! The bar staff were fantastic, nothing seemed to bother them👍. In fact, that summed up all the staff that we met, definitely customer focused! Hotel was about a 10-15 minutes walk to the old town/centre/beach through a lovely park.

The hotel is in an excellent location, being only a 10 minute walk from the tram, a 10 minute walk to the old town and beach, and only a 20 minute walk to 'the strip'. We booked half board and found the food to be excellent.

The only downside we can think of is that there are only two lifts and they're very busy so we simply took the stairs down the 5 floors to the restaurant ...we're in our mid fifties and fit so it didn't cause us a problem but I would have thought some may struggle

Everything thing was to our satisfaction staff exemplary, the food was good, but did not like queuing to have it cooked. waiters/waiters efficient, Quite a lot longer walk up a steepish hill to the sea front and not recommended for older people or those needing assistance. Pool was adequate but terracing could get full at times in the morning.

The dress code for breakfast! too many sleeveless shirts, for lunch it is the same,too many people coming into the room with sleeveless same T shirts as in the morning and on the beach! as also sometimes swimming shorts on.

Staff went about very effectively and pleasant hotel was clean and well presented, meal time breakfast limited choices but but still managed to find something palatable same for dinner, Bar area pleasant also bar staff eager to please as were restaurant staff, in general would stay again without any hesitation great value for money if you book late for good deals. 20 min walk to the beach and main tourist area lots of shops and places to dine close to hotel.

Only issue i had was lower floor rooms i would have rather had a balcony but they only have a sliding window with outer decorative wrought iron bars that spoil the room a litle but i am sure they must be for security reasons. But apart from them the room is fine keep in mind if you prefer a balcony request upper floors.

Nice pool area even though small was plenty of sunbeds lovely location 15/20 minutes leisurely walk from old town/ beach, restaurant was nice and bright and modern and food to suit everyones taste loved the breakfast especially.

Corridors floors need updating badly, worn laminate really brings it down (FLOOR 1) not sure if other floors have been updated but needs doing ASAP, and also kettle tea/coffee making facility's would be great in rooms, apart from that everything was spot on
