No tea/coffee making in rooms. Long walk to beachfront

The hotel and room was very clean, staff were very friendly and provided us with some information about the local area. The breakfast was a very good continental style breakfast, definitely worth adding it on to the booking! I believe we were one of only two English couples staying there from what we saw but we weren’t treated any differently, the staff were still just as welcoming and helpful to us as they were to anyone else staying there. Would highly recommend, and would visit again!

The only thing I can think of is if the breakfast was extended to 11am but that’s me being really picky and wanting to have a lay in!

Booked a lovely little single room, perfect for one person - even had a small balcony, which was a nice surprise 🥰 The hotel is located in a central area very close to the beach, bars, restaurants and shops. Breakfast is modest but delicious and just perfect, especially considering I never expected to have breakfast included in this great budget price I got for the room. Staff was also very friendly and helpful at all times. So, to sum up: I am very happy with everything, had a fantastic stay at hotel Celymar and would definitely book it again! 💙

This hotel has obviously been recently refurbished and the rooms were immaculate. The bathroom in particular was beautifully tiled and the shower was hot and powerful. The breakfast room was very stylish The staff were very friendly and welcoming

Nothing not to like. We were aware they did not have a pool or sun terrace however we were able to use these facilities in the sister hotel The Melina which is next street down and it was excellent

Great little hotel in a quiet area. Basic room, but totally what you would expect for a 2 star. Lovely balcony and everything clean. Excellent staff, very friendly! Also a good breakfast in a nice stylish breakfast room. Very quiet, at least we didn't hear anything.

The hotel and staff were lovely and very accommodating. The rooms were cleaned and beds made everyday. The hotel was very safe and secure, so would definitely return on my own. I couldn’t fault the hotel or room.

On occasion I would have preferred the option to have a hot breakfast for example scrambled egg on toast. This is not a deal breaker for me.

Spotlessly clean, towels changed ever day and bed made as well, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming and always helpful.

very very clean hotel,nice decor ,great staff, bed made every day,good breakfast,nice little balcony.this hotel was amongst a group of other hotels in the immediate area and on the same street as benidorm police station so i always felt safe. would defo stay again.handy locatoin to visit all the places of interest,local shops and stores,tapas bars etc

no British tv stations but not really a problem,

I found the staff very friendly, the room for a solo traveler was really nice, a small balcony up a side street that got the sun from afternoon until evening. Breakfast Was quite nice toast cereal eggs meats yoghurt etc and in the hotel, not at the Hotel Melina as stated. I felt safe on my own walking back on a night time through the old town to the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Only the walk back up to the hotel from the main street/ prom. I'm a fit person so it wasn't really a problem for me but might be for some people.

this is the first time I have stayed here since 2019 due to covid but I have used this hotel for many years and have never been disappointed. since my last visit they have made some upgrades to the rooms and also to the breakfast room. the rooms are well appointed and very clean and new smart bathrooms. The reformed breakfast room is very spacious and light and airy and the continental breakfast buffet is always well stocked with fresh items .selection of juices and fresh fruit and the coffee machine actually makes a good cup of coffee. The lady on the reception is as ever very pleasant and helpful. The position of the hotel is really rather good and convenient for the beaches and the center of benidorm with its shops.

For me there is nothing not to like about this hotel
