We booked a VIP room, and it was fabulous. From check-in to departure, everything was faultless. We arrived early, and the room was ready. The VIP rooms are amazing. Our room looked out onto the beach. The rooms have a fridge, sea view balcony, lovely towels, bath and shower. The room was cleaned daily and was spotless. Reception staff were helpful and spoke excellent English. The terrace barman was so happy and made great cocktails. We booked full board, and all food was buffet. Will definitely be back

We have stayed before and like this hotel for its location and helpful staff. The sea view rooms are lovely.

The room could have been cleaner. The cheese at breakfast was the cheap cheese sliced type that looks like plastic.

It’s ideally located in new town, not too noisy and has a fabulous view. Breakfast is decent also

Breakfast is busy around 0900-0930. It needs to have a better flow for where things are. Coffee machines one end with sugar and sweeteners the other end of the counter, oh and a toaster machine in the middle of all that. Move the toaster machine to the other end. This property also doesn’t have a pool but it does have a lovely roof top bar to watch the sun go down.

Pre booked our room with sea Veiw and asked to hire a fridge.,but upon arrival we asked if we could up grade. We were given the 6th floor. Fridge included in the price, sun loungers and table and chairs on the balcony. So much space. Breakfast was as expected.

The beds were a little hard but everyone has their own preference

The view from our seaview room and the rooftop bar was fantastic. A beautiful little area that was cozy and comfortable with great music, a great bar man and the most fantastic view of the sun setting each evening. Perfect.

The rooms are a little on the small side. The air con kept resetting itself to 23 degrees and even at 14 it was still too hot. No kettle in the rooms either. At this time of year a lot of Spanish pensioners stay for free holidays and they can be really rude & pushy. Because of this we had to queue each morning for breakfast. They also tend to get served quicker than us!

Excellent Location, our room was clean and well maintained (super shower). No pressure to vacate rooms early in the morning. Lifts worked really well, and delivered us directly to the dining room

Here you Spanish people have a great problem with the English, but maybe you could compromise and begin the evening meal earlier. In England 6pm is usual for evening meal, and always in the past in Spain the evening meal was 7pm.....so eating at 8pm had me reaching for the Antacid medicine to counter going to bed on a full stomach. Not healthy!

The location and the comfortable room

That the entertainment doesn't start until 10pm. Deni, the animation leader has to work on the terrace bar until 10pm - previously it started at 9 and there were things on like black and white party, fancy dress party, hat party, games etc, now it is all just dancing. Not Deni's fault, he is brilliant but a bad management decision

Hotel is in a perfect location at the beach front on Old town benidorm. All the staff were friendly and helpful,especially Milleni who gave brilliant service in the bar. Nothing was to much trouble for anyone. Good value for money,will definitely be back. Many thanks again to all staff.

Nothing much you couldn't like,but make what you will about the food. It will keep you going. Could have done with a bin in the bedroom as well for the daily rubbish.

The location is perfect, across the street is the beach (not the crazy one Levante). Few minutes to walk to old town and to view point Balco de la Mediterrania, Placa del Castell, easy to get to Levante area, where the crazy pus and bars are as well as the more quiet area on Poniente Platja.

The room on the back side of the hotel has a tint balcony (no chairs or table that can fit) Only the front side rooms have a larger balcony with chairs and table. Every night at 1AM the rubbish is collected from the back of the hotel and wakes you up if you are asleep.

Staff were lovely and friendly. Juan and Pilli were exceptionally friendly and also remembered us from our visit in may. Room was cleaned every day and clean towels daily,lovely fresh smell after cleaning. Food was a lot better this time and the new restaurant manager was excellent.

Not much not to like really. Maybe the evening entertainment could be better. Same thing as last time.
