Hotel was in a quiet location and had good restaurants local to it.

Hotel didn't have a evening meal facility, and people with mobility issues might struggle with the hills where hotel is located.

My stay at Hotel Andalusia was great, the location is fantastic, not too close and not too far from all the hustle and bustle. There are a fair few restaurants nearby and just a short walk downhill and you are at Poniente beach. It's from here where I chose to walk along the seafront then dip into the Old town for lunch and browse the many shops. I cannot fault the staff at this hotel, each one I encountered were all friendly and accommodating. The rooms are somewhat dated, well mine was but in saying that it had all I needed for my stay, they were clean, no frills and the bed was very comfortable. On leaving to go to the airport I received a free cold bottle of water which was a nice touch and certainly appreciated.

No fault of the staff but as I mentioned this hotel is quite dated, the walls and floors must be very thin because you can hear people talking, snoring, moving things about, banging etc from the sides and above you, which can be disturbing and quite jolting if unexpected especially if it's a group of people coming in at the early hours. You kind of get used to it after a while.... I have to add this only happened on a few occasions during my stay, mostly it felt like people were considerate and respectful when it came to noise levels.

The staff were great - In particular, a lovely lady on reception helped me book an airport transfer at late notice and gave me a bottle of water on the way out. There was a great air con unit in the room which could set the room temperature nice and cool in a matter of minutes. If you're someone who spends a lot of time in your hotel room, then you'd maybe prefer somewhere with a nice view that is closer to the main bars/restaurants for easy access. If, like me, you are visiting to see the sights and are only really sleeping in your room, then this place is perfect in my opinion.

It was away from the noise of main Benidorm but only a 10mins walk into the old town. The staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was well worth the 6€ we paid and saved us having to find somewhere in town to eat. We had a room on the top floor with a big balcony and sun loungers.

The only thing wrong with our room is that there’s an apartment directly opposite it, and people could see in. Some net curtains would have solved that problem.(There are blackout curtains for nighttime but we didn’t want to close them during the day and have the room in darkness)

7min walking to the beach,near you have a lot of stores,restauraunt,tattoo,friseur so location was good for us. Staff in the reception was really polite and helping with every our question. I felt me really good there :)Thank you :)

This message is for people who will travel with kids or with group of friends. Hotels general, are not your home and u can not behave like animals!!! We had some family who came to the roome at 2 in the morning with kids screaming, are u people okay in your mind?! I want to say one more time thank you to manager who resolve that problem in short way. Big plus from us :)

We had a great stay, starting with being greeted by the best reception staff, check in was easy and quick. We opted for a room that hadn't been refurbished due to costs and it was absolutely fine. Great balcony. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good size wardrobe. You can buy water, cheaply, from reception, that was a great asset. Breakfast was lovely, having both Spanish and English options to pick from the buffet. Would definitely recommend.

OK, the location meant that it was about 10 minutes downhill to the beachfront, but that wasn't a problem for us. In fact, we've already re-booked for later this year.

All the staff we met were friendly and helpful, including reception, cleaning and breakfast staff. The room had everything we needed with a couple of extras, including small fridge and large balcony with sun loungers. The buffet breakfast had a good selection of pastries, yoghurts, fruit, cereal, ham and cheese as well as sausage, bacon and scrambled eggs. The hotel was a few minutes' walk to reach the beach and other facilities. The late checkout at 12pm is very welcome after a night out in Benidorm! Finally, we have to mention Antonio whose service went above and beyond our expectations and was much appreciated, thank you Antonio :)

The reception staff was great. It was the nice gestures from them to make the stay more pleasurable and the next day when we check out to make sure we are set for the trip The location is great. In the old town, close to the restaurants and bars. And also the big and amazing park for kids.

The parking might be a problem, but 10 minutes walk away there is a big car park where you can leave the car The balcony door were locked and I couldn’t open it. The tv didn’t work

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was handy and public transportation was near by. Good access to buses and tram. The hotel was outside the main tourist area and so was way less congested. The beds were also very comfortable.

Street noise from pedestrians at night was a little excessive. Not really the fault of the hotel but was a bit annoying.

Small, very competent room with a simple to use GREAT shower. Centrally located 10-15 minutes from everything. Quiet neighbourhood at night which is good. Staff briefed me on the room (do listen) at check in. Balcony was brilliant, sat out all night till bedtime. Presented with a bottle of water on leaving "for my trip". Bed 9 out of 10... I used the local cafes to have breakfast - loads within a 5 minute walk
