Hotel was very clean, staff were friendly, the restaurant had a good selection of foods at mealtimes. Nice and quiet away from the busy bar life of Benidorm but still only a 10 minute walk away from Pontiente beach. Drinks in the bar are very cheap.

Had to pay €26 to get a key for the room safe, only being refunded €6 at the end of the stay. Come on get with the times, most hotels have a keypad safe in the room with no charge. If it was €6 a week with a €20 refund for the key it would make more sense !

Thank you to all you lovely staff so attentive. Rooms cleaned really well. Lovely quiet chilled hotel , more spanish older couples, which suits anyone looking to chill around the pool or Spanish dance 💃 location great 10 min walk to beach and town centre - plenty of restaurants. Only set back for anyone who struggles with steps as transfers drop you off at shop below 60 steps. Will I go back YES. X

Was quite area

Noise at night next to my room for 4 nights of the holiday complained about it nothing was done. Food was bad no taste to it. No kettle box in the room was told it was a cool box in the room. Wasn’t great value for money. Won’t be back. Said there was evening entertainment. all it was music playing on a CD for people dancing that are there all the time . needs painting and to clean the bird poop off the balcony.

We had two rooms, one was fine, the other was grubby

Amazing value for money, we went for the half board option as it cost only a bit more than Bed & Breakfast. Lovely Spanish food choices, we liked that you could select lunchtime or dinner each day. Good aircon, friendly and effective cleaners. Private balnconies. Always plenty of beds around the pool, no reserving with towels. A local supermarket was handy within 2 minutes, and around 10 min walk to Poniente beach and start of the old town.

The hotel is a little dated, but this is reflected in the fantastic low cost.

The food was good with a good choice of dishes. The facilities were good but dated.

There was a staff entrance u see our room so every time they had to get in a buzzer went off which was loud and woke us up at times!

Good selection of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner.cereals,juices, fruit, cooked breakfast,salads,pastries, even diet biscuits. Lunch/dinner beef pork chicken roasts, vegetables, different potatoes, vegetarian dishes too, salads,meats/cheeses, pate. Also yoghurts, ice creams, fruit salad. Lots of choice. Plus wine or beer with meal.

Friendly staff- not too far from the sea- nice breakfast- comfy room. We were on 11th floor view was very nice and big balcony- would definitely return.

Would be nice to have a fridge and a kettle.

Excelent spacious room with big sea view balcony and all staff was great, especialy Adrian from restorant,reptionist lady and a beautiful blonde girl from cleaning staff .15 min from Esplanada and historical center. Verry good breackfast and dinner including a Bali bottle of wine. Great dancyng entertainment. Benidorm is a wonderful place with great views , great weather in february, great beaches, bars and everything you want. People from all the worlds and locals are wonderful. We want back!!!

For a budget trip, this hotel is fine. About 10 mins walk to the old town. Food was reasonable, room was reasonable, staff were mostly fine.

The hotel is up a hill / large amount of stairs so is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The room wasn't as clean aas it could have been, Some of the bar and restaurant staff were quite rude.
