This is our 3rd stay here and as usual, we had an amazing experience. The rooms with sea views are beautiful. Shower and bathroom facilities are great. Jacuzzi in the room extra special. The food is excellent, so much choice and available throughout the day. We especially enjoyed the afternoon tea, on occasion. Oh and cava for breakfast, what's not to like. Rooftop terrace amazing, especially to sip cocktails and watch the sun set, beautiful. The staff are lovely, nothing is too much trouble wherever you were in the hotel ie reception, restaurant, bar, housekeeping, they were all very helpful with a smile. The location is perfect, a short stroll into the old town or around the beachfront. The hotel is beachfront. We can't wait to go back next year, and do it all again!

Nothing to complain about

The whole stay. The hotel is stunning. The rooftop bar area was so nice, with amazing views. The pool was downstairs and still had plenty of sun if you needed to head there to cool down. Breakfast, dinner and tea had plenty of different choices and there was even unlimited ice creams and ice lollies throughout the day too. We had all inclusive so drinks were included. The cocktails were so tasty, bonus with our rooms we had a mini fridge and anything we drank was replaced daily. So good.

The only thing that was disappointing about the hotel was cosmetic really. There wasn't any balconies on any of the rooms. And with having that amazing sea view sitting out on a balcony would have just made the holiday even better.

Great location on the sea front,amazing choice at breakfast, lunch and evening dinner. Waiter service for drinks while sat in the restaurant, comfortable beds with extra pillows in the wardrobe if needed, room cleaned every day , staff very helpful and friendly. Roof top bar amazing view.

Wi fi reception when conected to hotel very poor! Roof top bar closed at 17.00 would have been nice to relax there with a drink later in the evening

Great location, really friendly, helpful staff especially the restaurant and room attendant, who are very attentive. Heavenly jacuzzi bath with sea view, topped off with luxury robes, slippers and towels, plus bottles of cava and truffles in our room, made our stay superb! Thank you all very much 😊🌟💫

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

The facilities are amazing. The food is delicious and the staff are very pleasant. The chill bar meant we could have a glass of wine watching the sun set and the whole hotel is spotless

The downstairs bar had some very crude guests in it and we had to leave 2 nights running

Beautiful rooms, lovely treat of a bottle of cava when we arrived! Sea views and absolutely FANTASTIC food and drinks! Really good location, so close to the beach! Little further out from the old town and other main parts of Benidorm, but a nice walk!

I feel that the pool area wasn't the best - it's upstairs, and on the photos it looks more outdoor but it's actually under a sort of cover. We still enjoyed sitting there but it wasn't quite what I imagined.

Broken lift for the 1st few days deposit for towels amd glass at pool, felt the ultra all inclusive was a bit of a lie as when we were at water park and zoo it only included entry

The sea view from the jacuzzi. And the closeness of the beach. Good size TV, but complicated Internet connection.

The lack of an easy & good parking, and complicated procedure to opt to one of the few parking places available. The lack of ice machine on the hallway. Waiting in line several minutes for an elevator to arrive. Small swimming pool with few places.

Location, very beautiful

Everything, the hotel was at the top of a hill, but that didn't matter, closed to restaurant & bars and very close to the beach and bus stop for Mykonos town- great for a short stay

Spotless rooms. Rooftop bar was fantastic. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. Sea views rooms are great. Lovely hotel in general.

Pool area is small but rooftop bar area makes up for it.
