Laura in reception was smiling, pleasant, friendly and efficient. She communicated with us well as there was a bit of a problem doing the bank payment through booking. com and we were given wrong information by a member of staff who was in training. Spacious, clean room with lovely bathroom. Buffet style, help yourself food was good and lots of choice. Very near seafront. If you use your room card you get 10 % off bar prices.

Parking was 12 Euros a day. Sea view room ( which I would have loved) was about 70 Euros extra per night which I think is quite pricey.

Location great, very close to beach and promenade, clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and courteous. Lovely dining room.

The only thing I thought let it down was the food. Breakfast was very good, eggs, bacon, sausages, tomatoes etc, you would find it hard to get that wrong I suppose but I felt the lunches and evening meals were bland and uninteresting I’m afraid.

Staff were more than helpful . They all speak perfect English. Beautiful location and easy access to old town and shops, bars etc Food seriously good for all three mealtimes...we were half board Room could be bigger but more than satisfactory for our needs 10% discount for drinks in the bar Area appears safe at night Taxis readily available

Breakfast was fabulous , buffet style, but all food was piping hot. Quality breakfast, best we've had in Benidorm Hotels. 5 star. Room was also 5 star, lovely. Great lounge bar, evening entertainment was great.

We checked in early, and had special equipped room. Would have preferred a normal double bed. However fabulous facilities for people with disability, or wheelchair user.

Location was perfect for us, quiet but close to shops, bars and restaurants. Lovely promenade for walking. We enjoyed breakfast which had a nice variety and something to suit everyone. I particularly liked the fruits and my husband was delighted to see fried bread.

The room was really nice on the ground floor which had been refurbished, breakfast and dinner was fine a lot to choose from, I feel the pool area could have been opened earlier as waited around to be let in, Victor who works the pool area was amazing, very attentative and great with the children, couldn't do enough for you

The place is clean and comfortable. Great location, 2mins from a beach! Everything is working well. Room is equipped with some necessities (toothbrush, body milk, body wash and shampoo, hair conditioner) and done you may request at reception.

Restaurant discounts for residents of hotel are not accounted when you checking out (although they should be), minibar is empty, need to additionally ask at reception. Check in process is rather slow.

Good location as it seemed much more Spanish and you weren’t surrounded by hens/stags. Hotel was smaller than other ones I’ve been in and was more intimate. A bottle of cava was left in my room as it was my birthday whilst we were on holiday.

Dinner time changed to 7.30 whilst we were there which is quite late to eat. We were allocated 3 rooms and the one I was allocated was at the side of the hotel so didn’t get a sea view. As it was a belated 50th I would have liked to have had a sea view. Others in my group got a sea view, but I felt awkward as I’d said in my email before I came who was staying in each room and it was a belated 50 for myself. In future I would defo recommend getting a sea view and would recommend paying extra to ensure you got one.

Really nice staff. The lady on reception couldn't have been nicer. Nice and quiet so had a great sleep. Room service food was nice and hot.

Could do with some updating; bedroom carpet and furnishings are a bit tired but not bad. Extremely small lifts which was fine as I was travelling alone. But with a pram or lots of luggage it would be a tight squeeze.

All staff were happy. That is rare, these days. They were friendly and always willing to help. We had a fall and covered the carpets in blood..much blood. The staff were so helpful. They got us appointments with the Dr on Christmas day, the Clinic for stitches and changes of dressings. Each day they asked us if we were ok.

Sometimes the bar area was a little too cool for us.
