Location, clean and staff helpful.

There doesn’t appear to be a booking system, or a time limit given for the use of a courtesy room. We were travelling back to the UK late in the day and asked to use a courtesy room. We asked what time we could book it for and we’re told ‘you don’t need to, just turn up’ which we were surprised at but clarified that that was the case. When we returned to use the room we were told it had already been allocated to someone and to return in 40 mins which we were clearly unhappy about as we had a flight to catch. After 40 minutes I returned to reception and the courtesy room was still in use. We were subsequently given a different room to use. We had already waited 40 minutes worrying that we would be short on time, why couldn’t we have been given this room to use in the first place?

In a quiet area, staff were helpful and the hotel was very clean. Use of a small dip pool on the roof terrace was great. We booked room only so cannot comment on the food.

It would have been helpful to have the price for the car park prior to booking as it was €16 per day. The rooms would benefit from tea/coffee making facilities. For some people this hotel may be a little too far to walk, we didn't mind it but if you end up at the Levante end it's a good couple of miles walk

very nice hotel, management team are well trained, very clean, I am from London, I stayed here plenty days, if you are good clients, you will enjoy here, the standard between 4 stars and 5 stars. of course, some lousy clients in the hotel, it is life, just enjoy the best part of the nice hotel. I can’t find any reason to give bad reviews

nothing to do with property, there are some clients with discriminations. just report to management team. it happened.

Great value for money in a great location away from the chaos.

The mattress for the bed was hard however my partner liked it. All down to personal choice.

The hotel was clean in a quiet local in easy walking distance from t beach, central enough to both parts of benidorm that you can reach the party side of town without it effecting your sleep or t more family oriented part of town where you can enjoy a stroll along t coast when t day feels at its freshest.

I wish I had a more adventurous pallet then I wouldn't have found fault with the hot food. I should have gone for t continental breakfast rather than a cooked breakfast but should we expect it to be right outside of the uk.

Hotel staff very helpful, we woke up around 5 in the morning our electric had tripped so no Aircon, went down to reception and they sorted it straight away.

Clean, modern hotel. Nice area.

The pool area/ seating was far too small. Some Staff not particularly the friendliest. Having to pay for drinks during meal times. The Spanish guests are rude!

Excellent value for money choice. The food was good and the menus were not repetitive. The hotel is well located and has very good facilities. I would gladly repeat the visit.

I would suggest that more gel shower or soap were available each day, as coming and going to the beach leads to more showers than usual. But it's only a minor aspect.

The room was clean and modern. Was rooftop pool was amazing with a lovely view. Restaurant was nice. Staff were very accommodating. The breakfast was nice, with plenty of choice and chefs on site cooking by request.

The downstairs pool was relatively small and did not have a lounge area around, was more of a family area however as travelling as a couple we were more than happy to use the rooftop terrace :)
