This is a lovely hotel, staff were very helpful, rooms are wonderful, bed was very comfortable, even though I was overlooking the pool area which could be noisy, once I closed by terrace door I could not hear a thing, slept very soundly, shower was great, I stayed half board and found even for someone as picky as my self there was always something I could eat, it is a very Spanish run hotel but it exceeded in the way it is run.

Liked the pools. Very modern and good value for money.

Some staff were rude and trying to make us pay cash and pretending cash machine didn’t work. We spotted a member of staff put cash in his pocket, assuming he has put it through as less and kept money for himself. Man with white hair behind reception was very rude. We also booked a room with a view and we didn’t have a view at all.

Lovely hotel with a beautiful roof terrace and pool area. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were cleaned daily. The selection of food for breakfast and dinner was good.

The hotel is listed as 4 stars however there are a few amenities missing such as tea/coffee facilities in the room and water stations / water in the room and iron etc:

Shout out to Monica. She was very helpful and sweet. Other workers didn speak english so i mainly interracted with her. Loved the pool area. Good location.

Food. Its lacking options. Especially if ur Muslim or dont eat pork. Most food were made with pork. Play room schedule : could’ve been open longer!

Location, clean and staff helpful.

There doesn’t appear to be a booking system, or a time limit given for the use of a courtesy room. We were travelling back to the UK late in the day and asked to use a courtesy room. We asked what time we could book it for and we’re told ‘you don’t need to, just turn up’ which we were surprised at but clarified that that was the case. When we returned to use the room we were told it had already been allocated to someone and to return in 40 mins which we were clearly unhappy about as we had a flight to catch. After 40 minutes I returned to reception and the courtesy room was still in use. We were subsequently given a different room to use. We had already waited 40 minutes worrying that we would be short on time, why couldn’t we have been given this room to use in the first place?

In a quiet area, staff were helpful and the hotel was very clean. Use of a small dip pool on the roof terrace was great. We booked room only so cannot comment on the food.

It would have been helpful to have the price for the car park prior to booking as it was €16 per day. The rooms would benefit from tea/coffee making facilities. For some people this hotel may be a little too far to walk, we didn't mind it but if you end up at the Levante end it's a good couple of miles walk

I was able to leave my luggage as had late bus that afternoon it rain I got wet the manger said I could use a room and have a shower and put on fresh clothes to travel home what a team will defo be staying here again

very nice hotel, management team are well trained, very clean, I am from London, I stayed here plenty days, if you are good clients, you will enjoy here, the standard between 4 stars and 5 stars. of course, some lousy clients in the hotel, it is life, just enjoy the best part of the nice hotel. I can’t find any reason to give bad reviews

nothing to do with property, there are some clients with discriminations. just report to management team. it happened.

Parking facilities were good Friendly staff

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room Breakfast was not great. Considering it was a four star hotel I was very disappointed with the facilities overall.

Great value for money in a great location away from the chaos.

The mattress for the bed was hard however my partner liked it. All down to personal choice.
