Great location and good view from balcony And cafe below sells lovely coffee The breakfast was excellent and very clean loved all the themes on each floor very miami like rooms and cafe downstairs

Good sized room, modern and clean. Kettle and teabags etc, complimentary bottles of water in fridge We requested a balcony overlooking the Avenue so good to people watch as they promenade by. Good position for local amenities. Nice cold selection at breakfast. Cooked option required heating up in the microwave. Evening meal is not buffet style, it is a set selection off a menu served at the table but theres plenty of choice. All tasty and beautifully presented. Staff were extremely friendly and customer focused. Reception staff were also very welcoming and friendly. The cleaning staff too doban excellent job. One minor point, WIFI is free but only for the1st 24 hours which I found a little strange? Overall lovely, modern, clean hotel in great location in benidorm

WiFi should be free for duration of stay not just first 24 hours

The location is perfect. The lady on reception Monday/Friday is so helpful and will do everything to make your stay ❤️ The pool bar manager is a real asset to this place.

The pool was not very clean, One afternoon a private party was booked in the restaurant and they came up to the pool area which made it so over crowded and dogs actually got in the pool. Such a shame has we come here 3 times a year. Not sure if we will return.

Brilliant location for everything, lovely staff, great little bar and roof top terrace

Sadly we didn't realise at the time of booking that for a sea view/front of hotel you have to book a avenue view room. The rooms are noisy could hear person on next room above coughing all night as if they where in the room so not very well sound proofed, roof top bar was not open at this time of year again we didn't realise this when booking but you can take drinks from ground floor bar up to the top if you like,

Never write reviews so for me to do this means a lot. Every member of staff we came across where happy, polite and very helpful. The staff in the restaurant where first class as was the food.(breakfast and evening meal) We did half board and ate every night in the restaurant, first time we have ever done that, and we have plenty of holidays/weekends away all over the place. We chose from the restaurant menu every night and also had choice of daily specials. Location bang in middle of old town and the crazy end...we do both ....10 years of visiting Benidorm this is the BEST hotel we have been to.We will be back. We had a junior suite and was large and clean. Beach and Daytonas beach bar not far away.

room 412.constructive criticism. Bit of a professional one as I have been involved in decorating hotels and help to plan rooms back in uk. Would of preferred the tv on the wall in the lounge area as that is where it should be (p.s tv is banned from going on whilst on holiday) freeing up the table in the bed area as a dressing table for the wife to do her stuff ( make up and hair) also socket near tall mirror for doing her hair. Knob on door to cupboard hiding fridge. Very nice room just being fussy but you did ask me what i didnt like.

Easy check in, and 2 lifts available for our room on the second floor. A quiet hotel on Avenue Mediteraino a great place to watch the world go by. Approximately 5 minutes walk to the Old Town and the same to the Benidorm strip. Room was a decent size with all the usual facilities. Breakfast was plentiful with a variety of choices from cold, hot or continental.

At certain times of the day could be a bit noisy. Refurbishment work going on at the hotel behind.

Everything about this Hotel exceeded our expectations. Few niggles here and there but overall fantastic place to stay. The location is perfect, staff really friendly and helpful and the Junior Suite we had was really big and overall great value for money.

The fridge was tiny and not cold enough. The water pressure in the bathroom was very weak. Don't let that put you off though. this place is pretty awesome.

We have stayed here numerous times and can’t really fault the hotel! On arrival we were told we had been upgraded to a junior suite which was most appreciated. The rooms are really nice, staff and food always lovely. The pool barman is exceptionally nice and also recognises us when we are there. Anna who was working reception when we checked in is aways so nice

On paying €35 for a later checkout we then discovered the safe didn’t work. The girl at reception tried to charge extra for that which was a little cheeky. Otherwise, no issues at all.

absolutely loved it here. we booked this after fibding the hitel we had originally booked into was disgusting.On advising the lovely lady on reception, she upgraded us to a junior suite. It was a stunning, lovely comfy bed , spacious setting area, big smart TV, kettle with tea and coffee. And the bathroom was to die fir a massive walk-in shower. We were right on the avenuda meditteraneo with a huge balcony, central fir the old and new town. The roof top pool was beautiful with large Cabana beds. As for the food, set in a lovely restaurant with sea views, a bountiful breakfast and dinner wow; waiter service and the food was a la carte.

Great location, a short walk to the old town, main party area also a stones throw from the beach. The staff were excellent, very helpful and professional. The rooms were a decent size with excellent air conditioning and everything you need. We thought the breakfast was very good, not vast but the produce was excellent and always replenished. as we were concerned some reviews mention a poor breakfast. The pool are was great.

The pool could have been cooler but it was very hot when we were there.
