great view, everything you could need for a self catering holiday. spotless clean good communication re booking in collecting keys.

No satellite Tv or English channels not even BBC news. No sun beds or chairs to sit around the pool. would of been great if there was a few in the apartment to take down.

1 bedroom property warped bathroom door very bad, shower curtain hard to stop water 1 bedroom property electricity tripped several times each day , Towels very small Towels could be replaced during the week Mosquitos were a big problem Sitting on the floor by the pool - chairs would have been so good

The flat has every thing needed even a iron and board staff are very professional key pick up was arranged at a key box easy

Only thing I didn't like was no sunbeds around the pool they can be bought from shops close but can't take them home would be nice if you could rent them but I have stayed there before so I knew all this

Stayed here last year. Great apartment with great facilities. Had an amazing view. Thank you to the reception staff for your exceptional customer service. Location is perfect. Around the corner from the bus stop for Alicante. Several supermarkets, restaurants on the same street. Definitely booking next year.

We have stayed in Gemelos 20 apartments on many occasions,very good apartments,set in a great location,ten minutes from the beach,perfect! Staff in beninter office friendly and helpful! Highly recommended!

Struggled a bit with my travel plug in sockets ,fortunately there was a very good hair dryer connected to a socket,so good!

Great communication, we arrived out of hours and got great early communication on key collection. Room was comfortable and pool area was clean.

Nothing really, yes the wood is dated but it's clean and functional which is all we needed.

perfect location. not noisy, close to the beach and 15 minute walk to old town. the pool is very well maintained, clean and a relaxing environment. also a huge balcony which is great.

Everything was spot on,the view from the apartment,the location and the price. The apartment was huge,very happy.

No Internet but there was roadworks outside which I think was the problem.

Was advertised as 4 single beds it wasn’t was double 2 singles with a bed settee so we had to use that but had 2 bathrooms

the location was good and the staff were great. the apartment was very clean. the view was good from the 7th floor.
