The location was excellent for the lively parts and the quieter parts. The beach was amazing. We found some lovely restaurants and it was so cheap compared to home

Sometimes in the evenings/early mornings it was a bit noisy in the streets below but you don’t go to Benidorm for peace and quiet. We just kept windows shut. We couldn’t manage to work the air con but we didn’t mention it as we weren’t in the apartment a great deal. We never had housekeeping but I’m sure if we had asked our towels could have been changed. We arrived at 11.00 and check in wasn’t until 3.00. We were offered somewhere to leave our luggage but was told our apartment was ready and if we paid 30Euro we could go in straight away. Bit cheeky we thought.

The apartment is located in a great area. Right next to the market, plenty of bars and restaurants. Shops all nearby and had a nice swimming pool in the community area. Tennis court too which is nice.

The hosts leave the keys in a restaurant that is about a 15 minute walk away, bit inconvenient when you are walking with all your bags and cases. The sofa bed was also broken pretty badly, athough we were able to open it the second half would not fully go down.

Central to the strip and beach had everything we needed in the apartment had to pick the keys up at the hotel across the road so not far to go , nice pool not busy

No WiF , sun beds could do with a bit of a clean noise coming from the bar downstairs but no big deal as you are in benidorm it's expected there is no English channels but you can change the settings to English audio so you can watch movies

Newly refurbished room. Spotlessly clean. The apartment has hob, microwave, fridge freezer,kettle, toaster, and washing machine. Great location, near the strip and not far from the beach. Nice pool area, usually very quiet. Secure building, main gate always locked.

Hard to find anything! Sometimes can hear noise from nearby bar which is open till early morning. Pool area could be too quiet for some people.

The apartment was just as the pics. Lovely and clean modern fittings. Separate kitchenette with 4 hob cooker, fridge freezer and even a washing machine. Separate bedroom and Lovely big balcony

It's not really a mark down but it is very noisy. There's a 24h cafe below and the British square is a stones throw away. BUT you don't go to benidorm for peace and you can't have it both ways.

I cannot fault the property and location I would stay again if I visit Benidom

The only negative thing was having to check out by 10am on your last day - Midday would be a better time. You could chill and relax and not have to get up extra early especially if you have a late return flight.

Flats are central to everything. Old Town. New Town. Beach. Taxis. Av.Europa for airport bus. Spotless with fridge freezer. Iron. Ironing board. Big veranda with seats and table and good view for people watching. Lovely pool area with lots of sunbeds. 👌 I would recommend and definitely return. Thank you

The front gate is quite difficult to get open to get out. I had to keep putting my arm through the railings to open it from the outside. Bit of a nuisance - but nothing major. You get used to it.

Excellent location close to ba4s, restaurants & beach. Very easy check in process with really friendly staff. Room was very modern & spacious for a family of 4. Having 2 toilets was helpful too. Great to have the choice of the pool at the apartment & also use of hotel pool which had food, drink & music playing

Only aircon in living room but we left bedroom doors open / curtains & windows closed so rooms cooled ok. No key for safe. Had to pay 18€/day for parking which is a little expensive (we did know there was a charge before we stayed so not a shock).

it was so easy to find , the apartment was unbelievably good , i really like my stay there for 4 days , i had the best time & thank you again

the only thing i can say , how close the toilet was to the shower , i nearly fell over it every time i go out the shower

clean, central location, spacious, secure complex, good size pool

little things needed like bin in the bathroom, bedside table & an extra mirror. The aircon didn't work, wasn't a big issue but maybe a welcome guide with how to use etc would help.
