Apartment well situated. Scrupulously clean and well appointed with everything needed - cooker, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, washing machine. TV. Towels, bed linen. Furniture all of a good / acceptable standard. Lovely balcony with table and chairs. Being so central we were delghted how quiet it was.

Nowadays would expect Wi-Fi to be free - we found several places within two minutes or less of the apartment where free Wi-Fi was available that we used. The key to the outer gate did not work on the outside. The plastic opener for the entrance to the garage sometimes worked and sometimes did not. Just minor.

Loved the location, although our room was overlooking the pool and not the street. So we were right in the heart of the nightlife without the noise. We arrived late, and the key pick-up arrangements were sent with clear instructions. Spacious apartment, with everything that you would need for self-catering..... although I only used the fridge and kettle. Hairdryer provided, iron and board plus washer if you need it. Lovely comfy beds and pillows. Overall, it was very clean. Our TV wasn't working upon arrival, reported, and was sorted very promptly. Enclosed balcony with lots of openable windows. Had a very enjoyable stay, and the host even allowed us a late checkout, which was very much appreciated. The pool area is small but well maintained and was never more than 5/6 people around it. Car parking is available if you need it.

The one and only thing I have to moan about is...... No air-conditioning. Oh, there is actually one more. There are no sunbeds around the pool. These are the only reasons I did not give 10 out of 10

the staff at the office where i had to collect my keys were excelent both of them explained the deposit policy and how it would be returned(was in my bank the day after I left) also provided codes incase keys didnt work on the exterior gate. location was basically right in the middle of everything so excellent for the nightlife. the bathroom though dated had an excellent shower. the pool area was well maintained. Once in the bed with the windows shut you could barely hear anything mainly just low muffled noise.

if I was being critical it could only be the furniture and facilities was dated but to be fair everything worked as it was supposed to.

It was so central actually right on the British Square so we were worried about noise but once u closed the front windows on a night we heard absolutely nothing. It was typically basic Spanish but very clean & well equipped with full oven,hob microwave,fridge freezer, clean kettle n toaster also had decent size hot water tank which was controlled in the appt & was all just for us. There was a washer but we didn't use but found the good iron & ironing board helpful also hair dryer. Plenty of cookware etc if needed.would go back for long weekend but not full holiday mode due to lack of TV for odd night in.

The building lobby & lifts were dated but you don't stay in there so not too important,only down side is we couldn't get in to use the pool area not sure if it's residents only but looked lovely. Extra for the WiFi which we wasn't aware of and no English TV channels as we only went for long weekend it didn't matter but normally go for 10 days & have a night in so that would of been a problem

Very close to the beach. Great location for walking to the old town (15 mins walk). The apartment was very clean. The cooker/oven was great for making family meals. the pool was always very quiet, so that was great. The staff were amazing, very helpful, and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again. The lady who manages the apartments really done everything to help us, and she was brilliant to deal with. Fantastic holiday!

The only one thing that wasn't great is the apartment we got was facing out onto the busy nightlife street so stayed loud at night when trying to chill on the balcony, however our 2 year old daughter slept 11 hours every night no problem at all so it wasn't that bad. Also we got given that apartment as it has air conditioning which was amazing as it was really warm the full 2 weeks we were there. All in all, no complaints at all.

We were allowed to collect our keys early which was a bonus and the staff at the office were really friendly and helpful. Location of apt great if the strip is your thing. Apt had all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay plus it had a surprise extra little bedroom which was a real plus as there where three of us.

We weren't there to watch TV but if I was being really picky then the lack of English speaking channels, although you could pay for wifi and take a TV stick I suppose.

The apartment had everything we needed and it was in a great location. The person who contacted us from the agency (in regards to the self check in and check out) was very kind, helpful and efficient - it really made our day how easy they made things.

Maybe a couple of extra bin bags would have been appreciated (not important, though! )

The apartment was great for the strip, beach and walking to the old town . Check in was great and tte lady was really helpful with the WiFi we had problems with and sorted in no time , clean and tidy, great place to stay

The only thing we found wrong was lack of mirrors , with 3 woman and 1 bath room mirror. It would do with a full size mirror on a wall or one in the bedrooms .

Wet helpful staff and great communication throughout booking process and check out . Large apartment with all you could need included . Great location , noise from street below did not bother us

Decor a bit dated but this is reflected in the price . Air con would be a bonus but would book again

Ideal location on the strip. Great communication re out of hours key collection. Everything you needed was there ,including a washing machine, iron and hairdryer, Very clean with comfortable beds. Great value for money.

Could do with modernising, and wished there had been air conditioning ( there were fans)I also didn't realise that you had to pay extra for WiFi.
