Lovely hotel with a great breakfast (which had great efficent and friendly staff) and after needing to make a few enquiries about my booking found the customer service department excellent

Checkin was quite slow and clunky with a lot of repetitive questions for each guest staying instead of just for the leads for each room so it took a long time, they also issued one if the rooms for our group to one which was already occupied, much to the surprize of the current occupants!!, but this was outweighed by the rest of the hotel being excellent.

Hotel was exactly what you expect for price and location, bedrooms are basic but not anything spectacular Bar by the pool was great, the staff were very friendly.. especially the lady from Romania (sorry cant remember her name) Hotel couldnt be any closer to the strip

Check in process was not great, was a group of 19 and had to organise everyones passports, by room, everyone had to fill out individual forms and signatures etc .. seemed a bit unnecessary, never had to do this at any hotel before Also annoying we could only pay a deposit and had to pay the rest on the day, this means that the price quoted when booking was not what we paid, we were told £195 per person, but due to change in pound to euro exchange rates changing it was more like £210 on the day which then meant organising 19 people transferring me money while in reception Also the showers need to have a proper barrier, the water just sprayed out and floods bathroom and then hall... walk down the hall at 6pm and half the rooms have flooded the hallway

Very clean hotel in a central position. The rooms were pretty basic but had everything you needed including air con and a small fridge, and extremely comfortable beds. There is a bar with a terrace and a nice pool and pool bar. All of the staff we met were lovely, friendly and willing to help. We were on a bnb basis and the breakfast was probably one of the best I’ve seen, with lots of hot and cold choices, and an omelette/freshly cooked eggs station. I booked 3 rooms and they were all next door to each other. Also we drove and although there is a charge for parking the car park is very secure.

It didn’t bother me because I wear ear plugs to bed, but my friends found it hard to sleep as, due to the central position there is a lot of outside noise from the clubs which are pretty much open all night. Also the bathroom door is frosted glass and doesn’t reach the floor or ceiling so privacy may be an issue, but, although I was in a triple room with 2 friends we managed fine 😊

The hotel is lovely. Staff are great, food was a bit hit and miss but that’s due to personal taste. Fantastic location. Shower was absolutely amazing! Very clean.

It was 73 degrees when we stayed here, we turned on the air conditioning only to find out it was the heating, when I questioned reception about this, I was informed that the air con doesn’t get turned on until May 31st and that I should turn it off and open the balcony door, I wouldn’t normally have a problem with this but the hotel is located directly opposite Café Benidorm which is open until 7am so it was very noisy with the door open.

It was slightly noisy when all the lad groups turned up..and the language around the pool area was terrible

My dad has been coming to this hotel for years with his wife, my mum. We surprised him after loosing my mum in 2019 with this holiday which he was so happy with as got very fond memories of her whilst staying in benidorm. Staff were so helpful with getting accessible rooms for my son who is a wheelchair user opposite my room which was nice. Our flight was late so we extended our room which was reasonably priced and also had access to facilities until we were picked up to go the airport. CARA was amazing 👏

Disabled room did not have a balcony which let it down. Other than that the room was big enough for him to get around and shower in the room.

Location was fantastic staff were lovely very friendly

The bathroom door was a little bit see through but u could only see that someone was in there but a little bit of putting especially for a group of girls

Accommodation, location and the food was good

Entertainment let you down and we had a bucket of chicken on the balcony for the duration of our stay.

Simple fast check in with Miguel who was exceptionally helpful and informative. Showers were powerful and really nice. Beds and extra bedding available really great. Bar staff and waiters absolutely amazing. House keeping was also very exceptional. Lively area but once the doors were closed the noise was hardly noticeable. I loved room 528, my autistic soon felt very safe there and loved the outside lift. We will definitely be going back to the Orange ❤️

A clear option to upgrade to half board either daily or for the whole time.

I really enjoyed my time there, it was always clean, the staff were attentive and friendly, loved the pool and music at the pool, the food was really good with lots of choices and a starter drink for the evening at the bar was relaxing
