Hotel staff from reception to the bar where all nice and helpful i was there 12 days and the whole time they where very friendly and approachable and nothing was a issue for them Rooms are a good size with a great size balcony Had 2 hobs for cooking with a frying pan and few different size saucepans a microwave and a under counter size fridge freezer.

Holiday was really good relaxed atmosphere for Most of it probably only thing i could gripe about is allowing people to drink while in the pool or around the edge of it They dont allow glass bottles which is fair enough but drinking in plastic cups The last day there was a new group of lads and about 7 of them all lieing in the kids pool drinking beer for quite a while which if I was one of the family's there that had young kids I probably wouldn't have been happy them hogging the kids pool. But in general the place is great easy going its benidorm you are going to get groups of ones coming in drinking and the bar and food was good the hotel does well with it

Great location and good apartments. Very spacious for 3 adults and 1 toddler. The staff were all very nice and were always happy to help. The pool area was good, got more noisy at the weekends when groups of lads/girls came but was fine.

We were there for 1 week and the cleaner appeared once during our stay at 4pm in the afternoon when we had already come back to the room. Towels were changed once, given toilet roll once and bedding wasn’t changed at all the whole week we were there.

Swimming pool area was good and clean although we did not use it due to the weather. The room had all that we needed but was a little bit tired. Staff were excellent

The entrance was on a known path known as muggers alley so felt a little uneasy coming back in the dark. The room was a little tired and felt unwelcoming. No extra colour to it. Very little storage space for our little bits in lounge. The bed setee was dirty. Provided me with an iron but it was old and had something on it which caused it to burn a hole in my blouse which I was not happy about.

Very clean apartment with a big balcony where you get a fabulous view onto the other hotels and the sea. It's especially lovely at night when Benidorm is all lit up. Very quiet location but also close to the beach and the nightlife. Hairdryer, microwave, kettle and toaster and fridge were very handy. The cleaner came in twice and changed towels etc and was very thorough. Overall I was very impressed with the apartment entrance and reception it was so clean. I especially liked the fact that you could store your cases with no hassle and have a shower in the facilities and you were supplied with a towel. I would also like to say the staff on the reception were all lovely. I didn't use the bar and pool but it looked really nice.

The wfi kept dropping off which was disappointing. Although you are dropped off at Hotel Helios there is no sign for Primavera Loix so it's difficult to know which direction to take.

Love these apartments and the location and the staff are friendly.

The only downside it that the pool does not open till 10am, would be better even if it opened at at least 9am. Also there is now no hot tubs this area has been replaced by sunbeds which we were not informed of at time of booking. Was not on this occasion able to get a late check out and reception area / sitting area very hot, air conditioning was not working.

The room we were eventually allocated was excellent, it was clean, great views, comfortable beds and good air conditioning which contributed to a great holiday, the staff were very friendly and helpful, would definitely stay again.

The first room we were allocated didn't meet our expectations, one bed had a perfect mattress however the second one was uncomfortable, the aircon wasn't up to much either, i went to reception to express my concerns and they couldn't have been more helpful and allocated us another room which was excellent and made our stay a pleasant one.

Fantastic Self Catering Apartments with all the amenities you will need to make your holiday a Great one. There is a 24hr reception in the front lobby to greet you no matter what time you arrive at. All the staff are professional and Curteous always greeting you with a smile to make your stay at the Apartments a memorable one. The Apartments have wonderful walk in showers and are spacious and very clean .Pool area is great with lovely swimming pool and the area has plenty of sunbeds and is a real suncatcher when the sun 🌞 is out. They also have two jacuzzis at the swimming pool area as well which is fantastic for self catering apartments. There is a lovely bar/cafe area which has very reasonable pricing and their atmosphere is fantastic complete with pool table .Would definitely stay at these apartments again had a Fantastic time.

Clean spacious room with great facilities in the kitchen area for light cooking. Great bathroom and spacious shower. Exceptionally large sunny balcony with table and chairs. Five minute walk to the bars but far enough to not to be disturbed by the noise. 10 minute walk to the sea front. Overall a very pleasant stay.

The pool area was not open initially but when it did the pool was freezing (February as expected). The hot tub was empty so could not be used. Bar was not open either.

It was very clean & in a great location

Nothing to dislike about the property really. Only thing which isn’t to do with the property as such is that I was told the €200 I had to pay as a damages deposit would be returned strait back in my account on checking out of the property still waiting 24hrs on.
