Very central. Value for money.Very clean . Plenty of towels provided. Everything you need whilst staying in an apartment. The lady at reception in the day was very friendly. Big balcony overlooking the pool. Great to get all my washing done before I came home as it has a washing machine. Cleaning pack and water provided on arrival. Easy check in. Even got in earlier that we thought.

The sofa bed in the living area needs to be replaced. Very old and had a few cigarette burns in it. Also not very comfortable. Noise from the bar over the road until 2 in the morning. But to be honest once the patio door was closed it wasn't that bad . The gentleman at reception in the evening didn't once even say hello. Very poor reception on the TV. Would prefer a double bed as opposed to two singles. Lift very small. The bar was never open when we were there. But there was a nice bar next door if you like a little nightcap.

We loved the location and pool area. Staff were amazing, always on hand to help when needed, barmaid was lovely and always on hand to serve drinks with a smile.

Listen it is what it is, the bathroom was a bit dated with rustmarks on the bathtub etc but if you want the Hilton then you have to pay Hilton prices. This hotel was perfect for what we needed it for, a few guys going for a few days holiday, drinks and a laugh. Hotel is clean, beds were fine and the price was exceptional compared to other over inflated hotel prices these days. If you are looking for high end hotels you won't get one at the prices Trebol offer so don't pay Trebol prices and start complaining about things like dated decor as ultimately you get what you pay for.

Lovely central position and a lovely apartment. All the staff were first class and helpful when needed.

There was a little noise from the surrounding bars but nothing to complain about Will definitely be staying there again

Been here a few times due to the location tbh,and I think good value. Can be a bit noisy late on I'd suggest you stay out late enough to be the ones making the noise. Got fresh sheets and towels left once but nobody came and emptied the bins or cleaned Nice big rooms and all the facilities you need and bang in the middle of benidorm near red lion so ideal for anyone doing a few mad benidorm nights They are gradually being done up so should be even better when finished Nice pool area and bar as well and all the balconies are facing the sea and get a fair bit of sun on them until about 3pm

The place was clean and tidy, and the location was very close to the English part of the area, which has its pros and cons, but it was also very close to the beach. I appreciated that the reception was open 24/7, just like in a hotel. I also loved the fact that there was a swimming pool and a bar.

They should make it clearer that the air conditioning is only in the living room and not in the bedroom. As a result, it was very warm, and I couldn't sleep properly due to the heat. Additionally, if you're traveling with several people and need to close the bedroom door, they should mention this or install an additional air conditioner in the bedroom, as it gets very hot in Benidorm. Given the proximity to the party area with loud music playing until almost 7 AM, they should also provide better notice about this. However, overall, my experience was good. These are just small details to highlight.

Great friendly service from the staff. Hotel provides all basic essentials. The room was nice and clean, with a sizeable balcony, washing machine, airer, ironing board and hair dryer, fridge, hob, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine. The hotel staff had provided a bottle of water for our fridge and a couple coffee pods for our arrival and a courtesy cleaning pack (cloth,washing up liquid, and scourer) including a laundry detergent tab. Good central location with helpful staff. Made to feel welcomed and safe.

The sofa in the room could of benefited from some cushions just to add some additional comfort and the tv in the room from having more of the channels tuned as only 2 or 3 worked so really restricted viewing potential.

Very central to everything so perfect location Room was clean and big balcony. Staff were friendly. Handy having a washing machine. Was giving fresh towels half way through our stay. Pool area clean (no bins tho) check in and out was smooth. Reasonable priced for beers at the pool bar.

We didn't realise the difference between standard and Superior rooms as it doesn't state on booking.com but if you like old, dated and Mahogany go for a standard as they haven't been refurbished. My friends had Superior and they were lovely and fresh looking. I did book 2 standard rooms We had Mahogany and my other room was refurbished. We were offered to upgrade for 45€ but didn't want to as it was handy to have us all on the same level and to be fair when in Benidorm you only need a bed and a shower.

The staff were super friendly and willing to help with any questions or queries I had. I requested a late checkout as I had a late flight home and they were able to facilitate this for me, which was a lifesaver! The room was spotless and well equipped with everything I needed for my stay.

Not a major issue but it would be nice to have the option to have one bigger bed in the bedroom instead of 2 singles. Also, there were some renovations happening, thankfully they did not interfere with my stay. Others may have an issue though so it may be worth checking it out.

Apartments are centrally located & clean, I also felt safe with the door entry system into the garden then another door entry into (24hr) reception, the pool area is clean & they serve hot breakfast & snacks from 10am also sunbeds are available after 10am when the poolman finishes cleaning the pool & surrounding area which is done every day, the staff are friendly & helpful. Towels were changed during our 7 day stay there is also a €200 deposit paid on arrival and returned after check-out (once they check the room for breakages) there are plenty of bars & supermarkets on the doorstep

We have stayed here before and first time we had a walk in shower and new furniture and kitchen we booked again on this basis however this time we had a bath with overhead shower bathroom was really old looking and furniture in room was old & tired there were no plugs so couldn't have a bath and it made shaving and washing up awkward also toilet roll holder was broken and shower curtain was all crinkled there is a background noise at night but nothing that stopped us sleeping

Love the location and like the apartments reception staff all friendly and dealt with any request asked 👍

The only problem we had was with girl in bar. When we asked her about a birthday breakfast we had arranged with victor by e mail she was quite abrupt in telling us there was no breakfast even though I showed her the e mail ? We went to reception and sorted it with the man there and Victor got in touch and brekky was lovely. But we did clear away everything ourselves !! On our second last day we asked same girl for some tea bags offering to pay for them ? Again very abrupt no !! Maybe she needs to be more friendly towards guests ?
