Location was perfect , great living space and balcony brilliant for disabilities as we had a wheelchair user , we had everything we needed , washing machine was very handy , having 2 bathrooms was great too , air-conditioning was good view from apartment was amazing , security was fab too even though there's a bar underneath and next door its not too noisy , happy noise and doesn't go on very late at night so didnt disturb us at all

Kitchen is a bit dated and dark but everything worked , sink didnt drain very well but thats the only problem apart from not having any English channels on tv Felt sorry for a woman on 15th floor she had hired a mobility scooter and had to get it picked up as there's nowhere to charge it and can't be taken in lift , maybe there should be charging point somewhere in the building

Positive points: Sea view Great location, close to shops, restaurants, entertainment, and public transport. Large apartment with plenty of storage space. Clean and tidy interior. Comfortable and practical for a short stay. The pop-up toaster was broken when we arrived and was replaced with a brand new one once we reported it. Good value for money considering the central location.

Negative points: The garden area outside the flat often had people sleeping rough and drinking. Empty bottles and litter were frequently left around. It was noisy at night with people shouting nearby. Not ideal for light sleepers – earplugs are recommended. The outside environment felt a bit unsafe or uncomfortable at times. Kitchen cupboards smelled of damp. Snall shower leaking when used.

Location was perfect for the beach, bars, easy walk to the Old Town. Apartment was spacious, had everything we needed - kitchen, living/dining space with dining table, couch and chairs and coffee table. Great views of the beach and sea. Large patio windows that opened fully with safety railings, so we could enjoy the "outside" before going out. Good bathroom with excellent shower. Had a small second shower room too. When this had a flush problem, I messages through Booking.com app and they came and fixed it same day. Felt safe. All downstairs access to the building was gated and locked after a certain time, when the little supermarket closed.

Not a lot! Small single bedroom was through the kitchen, which was a little bit out on it's own. It's not the most pretty place but it does the job perfectly.

This property is amazing all round… great view being right on the seafront, close enough to the strip but far enough away to not hear the late night shenanigans… spacious and beds comfortable… even the little en-suite for the single room was a pleasant surprise… kitchen is small but we opted to eat out daily so was only used for hot drinks and storing snacks

If I had to give a negative it would be that the bathroom could do with an update, especially the shower heads. The one in the main bathroom did not stay on the wall so you had to hand hold it, we didn’t use the en-suite shower as the spray came out of the sides instead of the actual shower head

The location is perfect. Great price for a 3 bed apartment. large living area. Lovely friendly staff. Amazing view out to the beach. Had good facilities…. toaster, plates, glasses, washing machine, ironing etc.

Nothing provided to wash dishes. Had to buy cloths and washing up liquid. Noisy neighbours till like 3am on 3 nights out of 4. We were told strictly to be quiet after 11pm which we did.

The apartment exceeded our expectations, spacious, clean, and with amazing views. We were on the fifth floor, three bedrooms ( one en-suite ), looking directly out to the sea, it couldn't have been any better. The bar/restaurant below ( The Jungle ) did not disturb us in any way.

The single bedroom ( with en-suite) was a little cramped, and the shower was difficult to maneuver in, but it served its purpose.

- Staff excellent - Views great - Beds good - free parking - offered us anither apartment with better views when I was not allocated to front view appartment as they were occupied.

- hot water mix was not so good in shower , i travelled in Dec and it was needed to have same temperature water . Either it was too hot or too cold . - i selected this appartment based on front views , but I got a side view appartment . It was good too but just that you nnow there are not just the views same as in pictures but sure were great

Our stay at the apartments was pretty much wonderful. You can't beat the location because you're right in front of the beach! It is next tons of restaurants and bars and even a supermarket which you have to walk for a bit to get there, but it was close. The staff there was very nice and accommodating.

Some of the rooms were a bit small, but this wasn't really a problem.

The location was fabulous, we were on the 5th floor. we had 3 bedrooms one of which was ensuite. The apartment has a washing machine & air con but didn't need the air con on as once you have the big windows open in the lounge it gave a great breeze. A little supermarket is just outside the building which was handy. It's a great location if you want the beach and the strip

It's basic but we didn't expect 5* with how little we paid, we did have one little visitor in the bathroom one morning which was a cockroach but we soon got rid of him

This place is perfect for everything, location is excellent beach, nightlife, waterfront, restaurants shopping all on your door step old town few minutes away You can not beat the location of this place you get some beautiful view of Benidorm and the best sunset you’ll ever see, very spacious and clean. Are best locations we’ve stayed in and being visiting Benidorm for 14 years I wish I found this place sooner.
