The location was brilliant, supermarket next door and amazing views, English TV channels brilliant.

Decor could have been better, no air con, no hairdryer, charge for remote control.

The location and views were fantastic closeness to supermarket great. It was good having a full oven and washing machine in the Apartment I would consider this essential if coming for a longer period of time which I hope to later in the year or in the future. The beach was very clean and well looked after excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommend these Apartments to family and friends.

As an Irish person and a lover of cups of tea I think it would be a good idea to provide a kettle as we bought one and left it in the Apartment and we did not have access to a hair dryer and English tv channels. The only other suggestion I could make is have a printed sheet for cooker operation's.

Easy to pick up and drop of keys from estate agents next door. View from balcony spectacular and the balcony gets the sun all day. Kitchen has everything you would need. Location is perfect. From front door you are straight out onto promenade. Good cafe (artigas) right next door. Veracruz supermarket ( reasonable prices and good selection of goods) right beside the apartment block. Old town 20 mins walk along promenade and the strip 10 mins walk. We didn't use it much but the TV has 5 British channels.

Beds are rock hard and very uncomfortable. Pillows also bad. We had to buy 2 pillows from outdoor market. We were there for 3 weeks, no fresh bedding or towels supplied. I know it's pedantic but the sea is so close the waves crashing onto beach is very very loud at night. Sittee in lounge area also very hard and uncomfortable.

Location was amazing on the beach front. The view from the balcony was fantastic. The supermarket was just round the corner from the apartment. The apartment was spacious and clean and there was a washing machine in the kitchen. We were in one of the renovated apartments which was modern and nicely decorated.

There was a drains smell in the kitchen. It was worse on some days than others, but it wouldn't put me off staying there in the future. The building is high and I'm not keen on heights. We were on the 13th floor which was fine, but I wouldn't like to be staying on one of the higher floors. There are 4 lifts available. There was a lovely pool located at the back of the apartment block. However, there were no sunbeds available around the pool. This may have been due to it not being peak season when we arrived.

this is my only complaint, everything was great apart from getting the keys, we were out side for three hour and it took a long time to get the keys, but we will book again in sept, they all enjoyed it there apart from that..... perhaps having some one on reception at the arrival time would eradicate this problem, but as i said nothing else to complain about. maybe writing contact numbers on our receipts would have made all the difference, even the shop next door didn't display a telephone number for us

The apartment was on the beachfront and could just sit out on the balcony for hours, day or night, with the fabulous views. Fabulous sunsets too. The kitchen had all the utensils that you would need for a self catering holiday. Loads of towels, few tea towels and sheets left for us. Fully equipped, fan, blankets, iron & board. Couldn’t fault the place really.

Think they could possibly leave some washing up liquid, cloths and a few toilet rolls.

Perfectly located. Very spacious appartement with seaview, all front made of glassy sliding doors, so very bright. Huge balcony. Washing machine in the apt. Collecting the keys on a sunday from a different place was easy, instructions were good.

Coffee machine was shabby and out of oder. Second bedroom was a dark chamber, wouldn't have liked to sleep in there - worked well as a store room.

Perfect location stay here last 2 yrs

On one occasion someone stuffed something in key lock so the front door was t secure we moved on entry didn’t happen again And really need air con 3 ladies in there 50s but said it was out of season we would have paid any price to stay cool

The location was fantastic, beds comfortable, a bit dated, key collection is poor, tv reception at times non-existent, TV and WiFi should be standard, shower was brilliant but soon flooded due to poor drainage, bed settee very uncomfortable and position poor for watching TV, bit of a mishap mash of kitchen equipment, overall good value for money,

The Location was excellent right opposite the beach and a short walk to the many restaurants, bars & entertainment. The apartment was on the 21st floor and the views were amazing. It had 2 bedrooms 1 double bed with en suite & shower and the 2nd bedroom had twin beds. There was plenty of wardrobes and drawer space in both bedrooms. It had a separate bathroom next to the 2nd bedroom with shower….. again lots of drawers & shelving. It had a lovely big lounge/dining area with comfortable seating area with TV for relaxing. Again lots of storage space. The kitchen had everything you could want washer, dryer, fridge freezer, full cooker, microwave, toaster and all crockery, cutlery, pots & pans and utensils. Everything was provided including extra towels & sheets, drying rack. Ironing board and iron. We also had the use of a fan which we needed as it was so hot. There was also a lovely pool to sit and relax around in the day. So you could either use the beach or the pool.

The fan was very useful but could have done with aircon because it was so hot, but the fan did suffice particularly at night.
