Great value property in excellent location. a few minutes walk to beach. nice size pool with plenty of beds. rooms large and comfortable with excellent facilities. breakfast and evening meals. breakfast is plentiful as is evening meal however I'd recommend eating out at some of the very good local restaurants for variety. room on 10th floor and although room is Seaview that's only because you can see the sea through a couple of building due to benidorm being such a concrete jungle and brit tourist destination. avoid walking behind white police building after a night out as pick pockets are rife and blatant, watch for groups of 2/3 romany females together. they target those that have had a drink.

Hotel was spotless, reception staff were very helpful & pleasant. The restaurant was very busy at times so had to wait quite a bit for table of 5 so worth checking the busy times and the door staff were lovely. Food was great plenty to choose from. Rooms very spacious. Plenty of sunbeds round the pool. Entertainment not so good but close enough to the main strip overall we had a great holiday would consider coming back.

Only downside for us was the entertainment but we didn't let that spoil it for us we just ventured out plenty of entertainment a 2 minute walk away

Lady on reception was lovely even gave us a choice of what side of hotel our balcony would look out onto, pool or street , we chose street view because it got the sun all day ,we were on level six & the nightlife noice wasn't a problem, only had breakfast & we always found something we could eat, lots of choice available.the location was was perfect for the beach & nightlife , not to close to the old town but we knew this, it is walkable around 20 mins away. Great hotel & staff are friendly .

This hotel was a great location if you want to be close to the vibrant nightlife but also a stone throw away from the beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable and staff were great. A wide range of food was on offer all day and was of good quality. The hotel also had entertainment and happy hours daily but the rooms were well sound proofed so also offered quiet. Adult ony perfect for couples or groups.

wifi poor dissapointing, and said had british tv I got bbc1 bbc2 no itv or ch4...staff in restaurant cant wait to take your plate away, its very rude, obtrusive..put last piece of food in your mouth and there grabbing your plate..stop it ! no drinks lunch or dinner have to pay for that.. breakfast quality english produce bacon beans etc excellent..good hotel just few things to sort out and would make it the best..balcony to sml but heyho.

Location of hotel was great. Rooms spacious and clean.

Food was repetitive in the restaurant for dinner, pork and same pasta every night.

Good location at the end of the strip. Rooms are of a good size with large comfy beds. Small fridge in the room, which is handy. Lots to choose from on the breakfast buffet. We didn't watch any of the entertainment in the hotel, but the bar area was always busy.

Personal preference - Pillows could be a little firmer. Air conditioning could be better. You get one lot of tea/coffee amenities and then have to pay €5 each time to have it topped up.

Great location, room modern and clean, great to have use of a small fridge to keep water/drinks in. Air con and heating worked well. Good selection at breakfast

The lifts were hit and miss and when you are on the 10th Floor its a lot of steps to go if you aren't able to use the lift or have a long time to wait due to there being a lot of people waiting. They did fix the bigger lift quickly but then it went out of service again later that day

The staff are so friendly the location is great so clean fresh towels every day never heard any noise from outside in the early hours of the morning champagne breakfast every morning food was good

The lifts were a bit of a let down especially if your up quite high and only 1 night at dinner we didn't like the Thai or Chinese food but the salads are lovely
