A fabulous hotel Great food great team of workers esp restaurant staff managers of restaurant so very attentive and the restaurant staff they worked so hard

They let people smoke in a designated area now Pool cafe bar staff the males not female staff tend not to be as friendly than other members of staff and shout at you aggressively if you walk up to the counter to be served if they don’t want you to walk up to the bar then be prompt when a guest sit down and it would be nice to have a sign up explaining please sit down and wait to be served In the bathroom there was small insects on the floor think it was because the cleaner didn’t mop the floor on one occasion

The hotel was clean staff helpful and friendly rooms excellent service excellent if sometimes seeming a bit short in restaurant but all else fine.

Very little room in the pool area being jammed in and seemed like people who had been before were getting preference, the rules about towels being moved was a joke and people being made to go outside to smoke when others were vaping round the pool and the staff ignoring it i don't smoke but i thought it was wrong.

Very comfortable beds with lovely view from spacious balcony which hand comfortable chairs. Tea and coffee facilities provided in the room and a good sized fridge which was empty for personal use. The swimming pool area was very pleasant with reasonably priced drinks and good service. Buffet breakfast and evening meal was excellent every day with a great range of healthy choices as well as more substantial dishes. The evening entertainment was a nice option but the nightlife of the strip and the beach were very close by,

First impressions excellent as it really stads out as a quality hotel. Check in excellent with very hepful professional staff. Good car parking in well lit spacious underground car park. Wonderful room. Breakfast fantastic with helpful staff and excellent choice of food. Reserved tables for disabled guests was nice touch and much appreciated. Decent sized swimming. Loved the adults only policy, no screaming kids (unlike our next hotel).

Breakfast room can get a bit manic at busy times. Get up earlier to avoid the queues.

Elegant atmosphere, top notch facilities, classy and professional staff, quality food... it is hard to fault anything. This hotel sets the standard for quality in tourism industry.

If I really have to criticize something, it would be the elevators. On several occasions during my stay 2 out of 5 elevators were not working properly, which can be a problem in such a huge hotel. On the other hand, you could tell the management was aware of the issue and dealing with it.

Everything except the food

There was wide variety of food and the display was well organised but it was self service.. and obviously prepared in advance. On display , the cooked food was kept hot in heated containers which meant that it was continuing to cook. Hence many dishes were over cooked and tended to stick to the base of the container. Pity.

Amazing room, reception pool area and pool bar. Spotlessly clean and professional and friendly staff.

Restaurant food choices were not what we had expected. Many British foods every night with not many other Mediterranean foods or any other choices. 😔

Good breakfast, reasonable prices for drinks. Dinner Buffet has a good selection and is reasonable priced. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms with very comfortable beds & pillows. Perfect location with bars and restaurants round the corner and one street behind the beachfront. 15 minutes walk to the Old town. Absolutely loved that guests are not allowed to reserv sunbeds by the pool.

The pool is fairly small. Food by the pool could be improved on. Ordered a Ceasar salad and the grilled chicken was in fact processed chicken and had the texture of plastic.

Food was very good. Rooms very comfortable.

Although we knew the hotel was for Adults only. We were surprised to find most of the guests were 70 + - Some of which attitudes were very inpatient in the Restraunt at meal times , especially at Dinner.

Top class hotel in prime location with wide variety of food 1st class

Only criticism is pool area could be made bigger with a little imagination ,other holiday makers I talked too had the same opinion
