Les Dunes is a perfect hotel to stay at in Benidorm! It is opposite the beach and sea, literally just walk across the road and you are on the beach, the bar downstairs have amazing, attentive staff and you can sit and look at the sea from there. If you want the madness, it is a 5 minute walk away, if you want the quaint old Benidorm it is 10 minute walk away walk away.. the clientele are of an older age, so this is a quiet hotel, perfect! The rooms are clean and modern and have everything you could need! Beds are comfortable, plus a balcony. The staff are lovelee .. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else !!

The location was perfect. A short distance to the airport bus stop. A quiet part of the hustle and bustle of the beach. However, suitable walking distance to the old town and many restaurants. Magnificent views from the quite large balcony. The shower had a window, which is rare and refreshing. The room had a through draft, so no need for air conditioning (heat outside +25 degrees Celsius). The small kitchenette and fridge was nice. Everywhere was neat. Three elevators ran quite smoothly, no long wait, which we were a little afraid of in advance. Tasty breakfast. Friendly service from everyone.

We can't think of anything to improve, everything was just great for us.

Location is superb fir this well managed hotel. The Levante beach is a fabulous well cared for beach and we enjoyed the views from the balcony. The hotel was very clean and all the staff were very attentive. The reception staff dealt with our many queries ( Maria and Nuria ) and we decided to hire a scooter for my mother part way through the holiday and the receptionist Raquel was very helpful in ordering it and sorting out the garage space for us.

Nothing. It is very unusual to not have a pool bar but we loved it because it made it a very quiet and peaceful environment.

The seafront location is fantastic, the reception area was very peaceful and relaxed. The smaller dining room was also very cosy and welcoming. Not a vast array on the buffet, but all the food presented was quality, well cooked and hot, also replenished regularly. The show cooking area extended your choices giving a personalised touch.

There was no double/king size bed option offered. Despite the grade of accommodation. We didn't like the two single bed frames pushed together, and would have preferred a large king size option.

Couldnt ask for a better location! On the beach but a great quiet section of the beach - not crowded on the sand, good bars and restaurant 5mins either side. Away from the madness but 8min stroll to it if you want it. Staff in the hotel could not be nicer - in particular Raquel on reception and Marie-Angeliese cooking the best omlettes each morning, such nice people and so helpful! Would not hesitate to stay again. Asked for a low floor if possible and got it. Never once had any issue with the lifts as people had commented in some previous reviews. Pool is lovely - quiet, calm area with no overcrowding or noise and also a low rise building at the side of pool so no large towers enclosing you in - very nice facility.

Spa facilities would be a nice addition but nothing whatsoever to dislike about this hotel!

The location is excellent. The rooms are quite clean and maintained well. The buffet section has ample choices for breakfast that are tasty. The pool area is quite large.

Pool area use a little sprucing up as it’s a bit drab some stuff in the dining area tired over serving people. Gloria is always a great pleasure as well as all the reception staff.

The hotel was beautiful, very clean and absolutely brilliant location right on the beach front . Staff were very friendly and the food choice was excellent. Had the junior suite and it was fabulous, very spacious and beds were very comfortable. Had a little kitchenette area where you had a fridge, microwave and tea and coffee facilities. I highly recommend a stay here .

We stayed for 5 nights in Les Dunes Comodoro with our 5 month old baby. This hotel is right on the beach and the promenade which is great to walk with a buggy. Excellent location - close enough to all bars and restaurants in the old town but far enough away to have peaceful nights sleep! Pool was great, never too busy and always got sun loungers. We were on the 2nd floor which was great if lifts were busy as could take the stairs up and down. There was live music at the weekends which could be heard from our room and balcony but baby slept through so didn’t bother us at all. We had breakfast included in our package and was ideal, had everything you needed. Staff were all very pleasant and friendly. We had a brilliant stay and would definitely recommend and return!

Pool is located at back of hotel so pool area is shaded often so need to move with the sun, if you’re a sun worshipper ha! There is no pool bar. Didn’t bother us but just to be aware if that’s what you like.

Excellent accommodation. Friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable beds, spacious bathroom. Prompt cleaning of the rooms. Fabulous terrace with sun loungers. Lots of choice for breakfast. We stayed in an end unit on the 23rd floor. We'll definitely be staying again

Beautifull view to the see. Very close beach. Good flexible half-board. Possibility for early breakfast at 6. Very kind and helpfull cleaners.

There were no any information when arriving about hotel, towels, beach, what to see. There were no information that shoud pay for the sunbed and umbrella at the city beach. Should be improving on the elevators (like weight precheck, speed, etc)
