The apartment was immaculately clean and well equipped. The balcony was very big and great for people watching.It was in an excellent location, just off the strip and 5 minutes from the beach. It was secure and as a solo traveller I felt safe in the apartment. The staff at the Perla Hotel who manage the apartment could not have been more helpful.

Whilst the location was right in the hub of the entertainment being just off the strip it was noisy and would benefit from better glazing/sound proofing. However, it is expected being so close the bars etc

What I liked about the apartment firstly was the location, was in the middle of the strip and great walking distance to everything, what I loved was how huge the apartment was, came with a kitchen sofa TV everything, now we didn't use these amenities as we were barely there however it was fantastic, booking with these apartments gives you access to the facilities at hotel Marina, you can use the pool and the bar there and the staff are fantastic, I would say that its a lucky hack to book these apartments instead of the hotel as the rooms are bigger and better and you can use their facilities across the road for a cheaper price instead of paying to stay at the hotel. Toilets were clean gave extra bedsheets, towels, coffees, teas and toilet paper, something that the hotel didn't provide. The lift to get to the rooms are old fashioned but are a funny experience I actually loved the lift as it's not usually something you'd see as a normal lift. No problems with neighbours or other residents and great security as the gates outside are locked and an extra door to get into outside. Also there are two locks on the door and the balcony is huge.

I didn't expect to pay 150 euros deposit when I arrived however its expected and understandable incase of damages but it says in pending and you get it back straight away.

If u you want to be near the night life and beach this is perfect. You will get noise late at night but that's what you get if you want to be in this area. Apartment was very clean and we felt very safe as you get a key to enter the grounds, another key for the building and a 4 bolt lock to enter the apartment. View was lovely and beds were very comfortable. Places down street do great breakfast, Jumping Jack's especially.

There is tiling as you enter the shower that is slippy so you need to try to step over this to get in. Plenty hot water but don't leave shower running as will run out. The lift is very tight with cases for two people and sliding doors need to close for lift to operate. Storage in bedroom wasn't great.

Location was great, yes it was noisy if your not drunk and asleep but that's because it was just next to the central bars Very clean throughout, good quality powerful shower Air conditioning was great a little too cold at times lol Would definitely recommend staying here if the noise doesn't bother you, and because most people are out partying till the early hours perfect Huge balcony and a sea view we were on the 8th floor Lots of plates, cups, glasses, large fridge freezer, microwave, hob, toaster and if needed a washing machine I'll definitely stay here again Keys collected from the hotel Perla and staff there are lovely

Only one thing I would have liked would be a long length mirror

Excellent location if you want the strip, we were in apartment 9 and it looked out onto the strip with Yorkshire Pride just over the road. Very clean, and spacious with a huge balcony with sliding doors on living room and bedroom.

Very small as we were overall very impressed but the shower door didn’t shut which caused water on the floor. Also no bins provided in the apartment and only recycling bins outside the apartment.

The location was perfect for the nightlife, restaurants and beach. The apartment was safe and secure and had a large balcony that had a lovely sea view. The rooms had very comfortable beds, extra pillows, linen and towels as well as a iron and ironing board. the lounge was equipped with a nice flat screen TV, air con and comfortable sofa. The kitchen area had all of the facilities you needed as well as dining table and chairs. There was also a safety deposit box.

The Air Con unit dripped water that we needed to mop up each time when using the device and the shower was very tiny and hard to close the shower door.

Superb location, clean everything we needed for a great stay. Staff in Perla hotel were very good to us as we when left apartment when leaving. We left the keys in the back of the door, staff at hotel sorted it for us and we still got our deposit back. So credit to hotel Perla for that as a lot places wouldn't have given us our deposit back. Definitely book again in future 👍

Lifts could be bigger

A lovely appartment. Great value for money and very clean and tidy.

My only concern was the noise from local bars etc,but not a put off as we knew the area from previous visits. Not put off would stay here again.

I hate to say it was noisy on a night because we were rite above a couple of busy bars Not a complaint because I knew it would be So if you want to sleep early look elsewhere But if you're out till the early hours great

Excellent location, room had everything you needed, room really clean, the lady i was dealing with replied so quick to messages and was so lovely to deal with, can't wait to go back.
